位置好，購物，出行方便。五分鐘到日本橋站，可直達奈良，神户。9分鐘到南海難波站，直達關西機場。充電線可以在前台借，下雨天，雨傘也可以管前台借，服務好。

隔音差。房門居然朝外開。房間擺設少不合理，沒有牀頭櫃，睡覺時無法放點東西、手機充電等。沒有矮櫃之類，桌子也小，外面穿的衣服不好放。唯一凳子還是小小摺疊的。拖鞋也不是一次性的。常用品還要自己到一樓拿，最基本的牙刷也不放。衞生間的龍頭也複雜且而不好用，洗澡會中間突然停水，要重新開，另外洗漱盆龍頭短了。窗户開不了，上面衹有一列排氣孔。
最讓崩潰是Wⅰfⅰ信號不行，我住10樓，信號時隱時現，即使連上也是半格信號，不僅速度慢還常常掉線，根本沒法用。
唯一優點：位置好！離地鐵不遠，去關西機場也方便。距心齋橋、黑門市場等等也近，購物方便，周圍吃的很多，凌晨2點也有。
總之非常不滿意，下次再不會來入住了。
