The entrance of the hotel took a second glance to find as it's a single door that when you look into, looks like garage. We had to walk inside, and then towards the back was the elevator to take us to the room. Instructions provided was quite clear so there were no issues with our room entry.
Regarding the room, it was average, and is definitely more glorified in the stock pictures. My only complaint was the couch being lumpy to the point where you can feel the spring in the cushions. Hopefully they change that out soon.
Overall, it did the job and worked well for our family of 4. It was very spacious so we all had our space.

It's spacious and good for a large group.
It was clean, but there was some dust in the details that didn't bother me.
I wish they had given more information about whether amenities were available or not. The mattress was thin. The pillow was too low. The bed was fine.

I wish the amenities were placed in an easy-to-find place. The towels were in the shelf where the spare pillows were in the bedroom, and the toothbrush was stored inside the door of the sink, so I bought some thinking they weren't there.
There was no staff on-site, but that didn't cause me any other problems. The room was spacious.

I called to make an urgent request, but no one answered for about an hour, which was very frustrating, and when I finally got through there was no apology or anything, and I was surprised by how unfriendly they were.
The sofa bed was very dirty, and there were snacks on the bottom.
