The transportation is convenient, with buses right at the door and a ten-minute walk from the Eastern Market Subway Station. The host is very nice and attentive. From the airport pick-up service to the welcome fruits, communication is very smooth. The B&B also has plenty of umbrellas. During our stay, the host responded to our questions about transportation in a very timely and detailed manner, and also gave us good suggestions about food. There is a fried chicken, noodles and Japanese food restaurant at the door. The whole family had Japanese food at the restaurant recommended by the host, and I was quite satisfied👍

The location is great for catching the train. The hotel is super close to some markets stalls (kinetsu line station) selling various food items and their fruits were cheap and good quality so I highly recommend you visit there. The Korea Town is also a 5 minute straightforward walk from the hotel but I do find that the shops are usually shut early (like before 6pm). At night, the area is super quiet and difficult to find places for dinner, at 8pm most restaurants are shut. There’s a small shrine nearby and we were able to watch the local matsuri and enjoy the food and culture! The front desk have many staffs that are fluent in different languages! Mandarin, English, Korean, Japanese and more! The hotel also has a seating area outside if you like some fresh air! Hotel also has a scale for weighing your suitcases! You can deposit your valuables with the front desk and they store it in a safe! Two of us had booked in and we did receive two rooms cards which is handy. The rooms are average size; you are able to open two large-size suitcases fully and can walk around them. There’s not much table area to put your stuff on top but not a big deal for us. Rooms are cleaned daily and bins are taking out etc.

Plus there is a parking place outside the house, which is also very convenient. 3 floors high There is a children's room and bathroom and toilet in the ground floor The upper floor is the kitchen and the room. There are two rooms on the third floor. Plenty of space for activities There is a blockage when self-check in Contact trip.com at about 10 pm to get a reply immediately and solve it with the homestay To praise the customer service and follow-up of trip.com, it is quite efficient and in place!

It's hard to find affordable accomodation in Japan, but this place was pretty good value. It's a short walk to the subway station and is tucked down a quiet street. It's a very unassuming building and I felt like I was living with the locals. The room was a good size with double bed - quite low to the ground - and TV on a small table. There is a kitchenette with hot plate and kettle, sink, dishes and fridge. The bathroom has a separate toilet and shower. The WIFI was strong and I had access to the washing machine on-site. I had a comfortable four night stay.

The transportation location here is very good, from the station to Shinsaibashi only a few stops. There are also Kuromon Market and Dotonbori that are very close. There are many department stores and a wide variety of restaurants there. There are also many surroundings, which can meet the different needs of many people. The room is also clean and tidy, and the hours are a bit smaller, but it is safer to fall asleep, and the wifi signal in the room is also very good. It is very convenient to connect to the computer, and I am quite satisfied with this stay.
