Very expensive but God damn, they really do be hiring people that speak either English or Chinese together with Japanese! And oh my, there are just so so many staff that do! Whether that be front desk, or even housekeeping! The only ones that really don't are the ones in the restaurants or in Melissa (where they sell bread and other good food!) Or the mall downstairs! The dessert lounge weren't too friendly either but they all seem to be extensions of the hotel! Overall, great experience except for the fact that the rooms are indeed tiny and compact cause that's what we booked after all - but aside from that, all the amenities were great, toilet was big and movable in and you really have anything and everything you need already there! Only issue is maybe that some things here are pretty outdated though it's a 5 star hotel! But overall its truly worth the price though I don't reccomend staying all the time unless you wanna burn a hole in your pocket heh! But one great thing is that they are truly commendable in terms of holding events and catering to hundreds of guests for the really really big ballrooms. That's a huge plus.

Although I was not staying at the W, the MIXup cafe is a fun spot in the middle of Osaka to have a tea or coffee and their amazing dessert(s). I was looking to try their seasonal dessert, the strawberry mille feuille, although it was already sold out when I arrived. This gives me another reason to return soon! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I was swiftly shown to my table that I reserved ahead of time (thanks, Marriott Bonvoy), and was walked through the menu and how their orders work. Many teas to choose from, and the cake I chose was plated so beautifully. The chantilly cream with the berries - out of this world! The entire experience was smooth, and I was delighted with the level of service provided. In a way, this is ”normal” and expected for Japan, but I want to highlight that I really enjoyed this visit and look forward to going back.

Amazing hotel! Room was clean and spacious. Place was convenient, very near the mrt and just right outside the hotel about 100m away is solaniwa onsen theme park which was is a great location for tourists! Furthermore, there was a discount for the onsen as we were staying in the hotel. The hotel breakfast was great too with a good view of the city.

Came here twice first as part of a group tour and second by ourselves.... the hotel is bright and airy, the rooms light and beds extremely comfortable. the rims have individual split system cool/heat which is much appreciated for those such as myself who enjoy a cooler room. mini bar & air purifier were also well used. the room configuration for us was a little odd and not practical as friends sharing.... the toilet is a separate room (with the door so close to the toilet you have to shimmy round to close) the door.. moreso the sink is in the actual room. I don't like coming out of the toilet to wash my hands and disturbing my friend. also having the bath/shower arrangement with no where to stay really dry unless you come out of the shower (again not practical when sharing as friends) .... however the products provided were excellent and the water pressure also good. a kettle was provided and limited tea/filter coffee provided. Next door to the hotel is a massive supermarket that you can get pretty much anything you want!! However the TV did not have 1 english speaking channel (for a hotel that caters for international visitors this did surprise me, as i've traveled all over the world and there's always 1 - usually news) the window coverings whilst look nice (wooden venetian blinds ) they are not blockout and as such the room gets light before 6 am! As our flight leaves late in the evening we wanted to have a late checkout - the hotel does offer extended check out at a price, however because we were leaving on a Saturday we paid for another night. the bar prices are reasonable (approx $8 AU for a well poured glass of bubbles!) and we had wood fired pizza in the restaurant that was $24 AU each. Breakfast was simple but tasty. (avoid opening time if you can it's a free for all) going down about 8 was quiet lots of seating. Of note the bacon, muesli and yoghurt were all great. lots of asian options

One of the reasons for the high quality and low price is that the room is not cleaned. Put the garbage and used towels outside the door in the morning, and they will give you new ones. I think it's nice and simple. For breakfast, there are four or five kinds of rice balls, two kinds of bread, three kinds of soup, vegetable juice, carrot juice, coffee, and tea with tea bags to make by yourself. I feel great. It is a short walk from Nishi Kujo. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, but I didn't know the entrance of the hotel. I thought it would be easy to understand if there was a sign at the entrance. We stayed in this hotel for two nights because of its location - it's right next to the JR Bentencho station and it took only 10 mins to go to USJ, where we joined their countdown party on the New Year's eve. The room was spacious compared to those located in the city centre (e.g. Umeda, Shinsaibashi). It was a good deal to stay in such a big room with this price. It was also clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Going to the city centre is also easy - you could take local metro to Dohton Bori in 15 mins. The train getting to the Kansai airport also stopped at Bentencho, so you don't have to worry about going to the airport neither! The price comes with breakfast, but we hadn't got a chance to try it. There was also a 7-11 next to the entrance of the hotel - very convenient. There are a number of hotels close to USJ but they are always expensive. I'd recommend this to those who are looking for something economical, while you don't have to sacrifice quality / convenience.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in Osaka 10 years ago because it has the only natural hot spring in Osaka, and every time I travel or travel this is the only choice in Osaka. Because of the mask, I didn't come for 4 years. The Westin arranged for this business trip did not live but chose here again. The hotel has been renovated, the total number of rooms has increased, but the room has become smaller. The hot spring original male soup and female soup did not have a large and small pool to be exchanged, and now it is not exchanged. I asked and said that it is still male Binduo. The head rope comb originally prepared in Tangchi has now been changed to the elevator in the hotel lobby. Self-service drinks are now more varied. In short, it's not bad. Mainly I like 💕 myself.

Before I traveled, I didn't read the check-in information sent by the customer service. After I arrived at the apartment, I found a circle of service desks and couldn't find it. I called the apartment contact number to know that it was a homestay and the check-in was self-service. Check out today and saw the check-in instructions on Ctrip.com two days earlier. Transportation: It is very close to Jiujo Station, but we are going to Universal Studios, so we have to go to Xijiujo Station. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the apartment to Xijiujo Station? It's fast, it seems that there is no 20 minutes to the tram stop. Environment: The surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. Convenience store is very close, McDonald's is actually nearby, there are Japanese-style izakayas around, there are also Chinese cuisine, eat it according to your own taste~ The apartment is well equipped and very clean. If you have your own favorite accommodation supplies, it is recommended to bring your own. The room has free wifi, which is fine. We went to Japan for the first time and booked a hotel on Trip.com. At that time, we paid attention to two points: affordable and the room was big enough. First of all, the room is clean and tidy, convenient and complete, really like at home, followed by the proprietress is also Chinese, there is no language barrier, and she is particularly enthusiastic. On the night we arrived, there was no yen and no meal. The proprietress immediately borrowed 20,000 yen for us to emergency. Third, we thought the location was biased, and we knew that the location was very good. The hotel is right on the side of the traffic avenue, there are four subway entrances and exits around, and it is very convenient to walk within 5-15 minutes from the hotel. Fourth, the hotel can provide a kitchen and cook by yourself. But we almost all eat outside, there are big shops and small restaurants around, which are convenient and delicious. If you go to Osaka next time, you must stay at the Gide Family Hotel again!
