We stayed at the Hilton Vacation Polynesian Resort for one week and could'nt ask for more. We had a two bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and our home away from home was well equipped. The whole resort is awesome and the guys and girls at the front desk do an excellent job. We really felt like home and will return.

Really loved this hotel and would stay again but probably try the All Stars Movies next time. The hotel offers free shuttle to all the parks but during peak hours can be quite packed. It is a family resort so felt safe within the premises. The food court offers reasonably priced & tasty food and closes quite late at 11 pm. Wished there were more fountains to refill water bottles. There is also guest laundry which was very easy to pay to use.

Excellent
My first stay at an Omni property and I was impressed with the facilities, the amenities and the level of service from the entire staff. Excellent meeting and exhibition capabilities. In my short business stay I didn't have time to experience some of the great golf club and multiple swim and float pools but this ”taste” was enough to lure me back for a pleasure visit. Trevi's restaurant served up an incomparable breakfast, with extensive buffet choices and cook-to-order as well. Overall, Omni Championsgate has it all, and they did it right!!
GGuest UserSurprisingly nice!. This resort is actually really nice, clean, and lots of amenities and activities. We live on the road, per se, staying in different resorts. We stayed at all of the Diamond Resorts in Orlando, and Mystic Dunes I think is the best one. Although Diamond (or most of their top resorts) is now part of Hilton Grand Vacations, and we stayed at a good sample of Hilton resorts I would still rank Mystic Dunes in the top 15%. We stayed for 2-weeks back to back in a 2-bedroom unit overlooking the pool in the newest building (#30?), the one beside the registration office, and fitness room. The gym is super large, one of the biggest gyms in all the resorts we stayed in, lots of machines, weights, etc... The resort also has shuttles or golf carts that runs every 15 min everywhere to take you to the different pools, tennis courts, mini-golf course, or where ever you want to go. We tried almost every activity at the main pool which is absolutely awesome. The waterfall is relaxing, massage. The slide is actually decent, and there are plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and a really nice tiki bar... You can also ride bikes, you can rent them all day for free! The 2-bedroom condo has a lot of space, very open, and the balcony is screened with tremendous views of the golf courses. I think maybe the only down side that I recall was that there were no jacuzzis.... other than that, this place is a must visit.
GGuest UserFirst, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.
BBobbiReally nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers
JJanet CallI took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip!

GGuest UserI booked a room for 1 night because I never stayed here before, so I don't book more than 1 night when I don't know what they property is like. I knew there was some kind of corruption going on with this place because they have a huge sign that promotes the rates start at $29.95, I know there are no rates this low at this location because I have checked online and with the tool free number, the do not include the resort fee, which is more than the price that they are advertising. This is a scam to start with but I wanted to check it out anyway. I arrived to check in and there was the usual sign on the door that they want people to wear a diaper on their face. I do not wear these things because I am disabled, I have stayed in dozens of hotels in the area and nobody (except the Motel 6) had a problem. In fact asking people to use a medical device in order to use their services is not legal in the USA, a person who asks someone to use a medical device must be qualified to do this (e.g. M.D. etc.) and they must do an individual assessment, and finally even if these are done the medical device can be rejected and they still must provide everyone with equal service. I also have a disability and can not use these things. When I walked in the office immediately the clerk said I needed to wear a diaper on my face, I told her to just your job and check me in, then she immediately told me that she is going to cancel my reservation and that she was calling the police to trespass me, I know the police would not come because this happened to me before but I decided to avoid this hotel and leave because at this point a business that doesn't follow the laws of the country and denies my rights is not a place where I will give my hard earned money to. Avoid this hotel at all cost they are corrupt, they have fraudulent advertising practices and they deny people their rights.
BBellKarenThe resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.
AAnonymous UserLove this place sooo much! I will always visit here when I’m in Kissimmee! Love the staff an love the rooms! Beds are super comfortable!
GGuest UserStill waiting on our refund of deposit that should had transpired over a week ago. Front desk is short staffed; waiting on line of over 30 minutes or more to check-in and/or out. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms need a face lift; old furniture, 1970s; bathroom(s) need much TLC, they need caulking, painting and updated fixtures. It’s a real shame, owner/corporation are not investing in the property… for it is located in a prime location. We witnessed homeless individuals living in the property, there’s nothing wrong with that…but when they knock on your door asking for a cigarette…it’s a problem.
AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel, um, it is still convenient to eat, but you have to have transportation to travel. Well, my room door lock was broken, so it still feels not safe to sleep, because he is an open hotel, but the location from Disney and other places is very good, the service awareness of the service staff is also very good, so overall it is OK.
