We rested well! The owner is very nice and tried to speak english to give some instructions. You can hear the train in the morning, but at night it doesn't pass often so it doesn't bother.

Even though it is a bed and breakfast, it is clean, and it is nice that you can go to Music Box Hall or LeTao within 10 minutes.

小姐姐自己家的房子，2層是用於做名宿，我是202房間日式的榻榻米，房間乾淨簡約，廚房和衞生間公用，但是很乾凈。門口4個垃圾桶垃圾分類，感歎日本的自律和環保意識。再説地理位置，我是從札幌做大巴到小樽的，下來大概800米左右，10分鐘路程，因為拖着行李箱，在加上地勢高低起伏，所以還是有點累的。不過到小樽運河，附近JR都很方便。以後還會再考慮

能找到的最便宜的獨立房間。
離熱鬧的地方有近10分鐘的路程，晚7點路上幾乎沒人，有點怕怕。民宿門口沒有燈牌，衹掛個名牌，好在有谷歌地圖，比較好找。
窗口下面就是鐵路，0距離。火車間隙性路過，晚8-9和早6-7車有點多。房間隔音非常差，門鎖轉動的聲音很響。木欄桿空隙床，衹一個枕頭，躺着看手機不舒服。
優點，乾淨，衞生間很乾凈。

店家是個姑娘，她自己住樓上，樓下用作民宿。店主耐心講解入住流程和注意事項以及家裡生活用品設施情況。窗外離鐵軌近，但好在窗子隔音好，夜裡太晚JR也不運行。整體感覺很好，為店家點贊👍
