We have been with them for 2 nights. We just felt welcome home to the family. Gary and Conn just are amazing persons and hosts. Room has high hotelstandard fulfills all wishes. Try the breakfast.. You will love it

Greg and Connie are great hosts. The breakfast is gourmet and so good! We loved conversations with them both on travels and the area. All the suggestions for our sightseeing were spot on and we did them all without any hesitation. All were well worth it. My wife teared up when we were leaving as she said it was like leaving family. Such nice folks to be around. A must stay in Ouray Colorado. We definitely will be back!

Delicious breakfast ("one sweet, one protein -- every day" -- said Connie) with juice, coffee etc. Friendly, helpful fascinating host couple. Quiet, clean room. Beautiful orchids, bromeliads, all sorts of flowers inside. Really felt like a visit with family. Plentiful Keurig coffees right outside room. ＞＞Wanted to write what TripAdvisor considers a "great review," so I struggled to come up with something that I "liked least" ... the best I could come up with is that we improvised disposable coasters for our drink bottles, but who can blame the hosts for not encouraging drink bottles (like I said -- it is immaculate :) ) ＜＜

Very friendly people, nice rooms and well kept. The breakfast was great! It was a little strange that the hallway connected to the upstairs where the hosts lived and there isn't a way to close it off. It was also a little bright in the morning, but overall a great experience
