We've stayed at this hotel a couple times, mainly because it's very affordable. The hotel is being renovated so there are some areas that are in process, but the staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
They don't serve a breakfast at this time but that may change when they're all updated.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful friendly.
The only issues we had was that there was no hot water in the shower in the morning and the fridge in the suite ran very loudly all night non-stop that made sleeping nearly impossible. The front desk staff was alerted to the issue at check out so that hopefully the fridge is fixed for the next guest.

I'm a Travel Nurse. I stayed there so I could be close to the hospital as I was on-call for my department that night. I was pleased with my stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were soft. If the price remains the same I will absolutely stay each time I'm on call.

Love having the full refrigerator, microwave, stove to cook meals in room. Convenient to Cranes Roost, mall, Whole Foods, and other stores.

Pet friendly rooms are on the 3rd floor walking the dogs down the hall from the 3rd to the 1st smelt absolutely horrible. 5 Dogs running around without leases. The room smelt horrible as well no phone in the room to call the front desk. Night time guy at front desk was not nice when ask to change rooms.

The only two issues I had were that they do not offer everyday housekeeping and that our heater did not work.
Besides that, there was great customer service and a spacious, clean, and quiet room.
