3/5 stars Our stay at Globales Mimosa was okay overall, but there were too many frustrating details for it to feel like good value. The food was very basic and repetitive, and the drink selection was poor, particularly the pre made cocktails. The drink token system also felt unnecessarily inconvenient and frankly ******* for an all-inclusive hotel. Some staff members were friendly, but others were noticeably rude. We also had repeated issues with our key cards dying and needing to be resynchronised by staff which became tiring when the response was often unfriendly. The biggest concern was black mould on the outside of the air-conditioning unit. Maintenance brushed it off onto the floor and said it was good enough, despite the room still being warm. That did not feel properly dealt with. There were also lots of extra charges for things you would normally expect to be included. Paying €23 to rent an iron and ironing board was shocking, and even basics such as a kettle in the room came at an extra cost. Overall, it felt like guests were treated as another number rather than valued customers. It was not a terrible stay, but there are definitely areas that need drastic improvements.

This is my 3rd time returning to the mimosa, we usually come with kids, however all of my kids are older now and were in their own holidays, however we decided to return as a couple because we loved it so much. The hotel is spotless clean, the food is amazing and the entertainment staff so engaging. We were all inclusive so the restaurant within the hotel has breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a snack bar at the bar itself which does pizza, chips, hot dogs and burgers etc from 11am ish right through til 7pm if you don’t fancy a big lunch. The drinks included in the AI are your standard local spirits and beers but also there are a few cocktails included in this. There are activities throughout the day, darts, pool, pistol shooting, aqua aerobics, bowls etc and they are always great fun. The only negative thing i could say about the hotel is that there are a few areas that are starting to look a little tired and in need of some maintenance/cosmetic repairs. (pool area lighting/lift mirrors) and the air con is not the strongest so it can get really warm at night especially on the balcony if your room is road facing. This is the first i have ever said anything negative, however I think it is important to be honest and the hotel can only address it if raised.

Beautiful hotel, staff are lovely, I was really impressed with the food choices, both in the restaurant and the snack bar. Read lots of reviews on the bar waiting times, luckily we never waited longer than 2/3 mins. Big shout out to Miguel, who's so sweet, funny and fantastic at his job. Great location, rooms are spotless and really nice. Only 2 downfalls are: Rooms - you can hear everything from neighbours. And lastly -the lifts....broke down twice, not big enough for the hotel and so slow.stopping at every floor most of the time, with nobody getting in, you can only fit 4 people in,so lots of families were having to wait. Apart from that it's a great hotel,I highly recommend and would I return? YES!

Lovely hotel.. Please don't listen to the bad reviews. The rooms are cleaned everyday we had a sea view. Food is good and varied. Always something we liked. Food and drinks were always available at the pool bar. Only 6 minutes to the beach. Shops.bars etc. Either by pool gate or side of hotel via steps.. Only thing we were disappointed with there was no Bailey's on the all inclusive. And no kettle in room. ( take your own kettle) Pool area was clean and well maintained. And no sunbed wars.

We are currently staying at Globales Mimosa and have already spent 2 wonderful weeks here, with 4 more days still to enjoy. Everything has been excellent. The food is good, varied, and there is always plenty of choice. The all-inclusive service is great, and coffee and drinks are available throughout the day. The entertainment team deserves special recognition. Helena, Paul, and Sofia have been absolutely fantastic. They work incredibly hard, are always enthusiastic, and make sure everyone has a great time. We have really enjoyed all the activities and evening entertainment. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I honestly don't understand some of the negative reviews. With so many guests staying in a large hotel, you may occasionally find a small mark on a towel or bedsheet, but that's hardly a reason to complain. The hotel staff work very hard, and our room and the hotel facilities have been kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. For us, this has been a fantastic holiday. Great food, great entertainment, friendly staff, and a lovely atmosphere. We are still here enjoying our holiday and would happily return in the future. Thank you to everyone at Globales Mimosa for making our stay so enjoyable!

Absolutely shocking experience. I have never bothered to write a single review before until this holiday. This was one of the most disgusting and upsetting hotel stays I have ever experienced. What should have been a relaxing holiday turned into a nightmare due to repeated issues with cleanliness, safety and privacy. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard when we arrived. Towels were stained, the bedsheets were marked, and I even found glass on the floor. Finding broken glass in a guest room is dangerous and completely unacceptable. There was sand on the bedsheets and hairs everywhere. The most disturbing incident involved our toothbrushes. We left them in the bathroom during the day while housekeeping was in the room. Later, when we returned, I noticed brown residue on my toothbrush before I used it. I immediately stopped using it and took photographs. The toothbrush also had a strong body odour smell that was not there previously. My friend’s toothbrush had a strong fish-like smell. We were both disgusted and extremely concerned about how our personal belongings had been handled while we were out of the room. We don’t know who did it but I hope the hotel is investigating it because there’s no way that happened by accident. It looks like my toothbrush has been wiped on the toilet brush. I cannot explain exactly how this happened, but the condition and smell of the toothbrushes after housekeeping had been in the room left us feeling uncomfortable and unable to trust the cleanliness of the hotel. To make matters worse, a staff member entered our room unexpectedly during the holiday. No knock or anything, we had just woken up and both of us were just in underwear. This happened when my friend was sat on the toilet with the door open which is right next to the door of our room, and I was lying in bed. This was alarming and felt like a complete invasion of privacy. Guests should be able to feel safe and secure in their accommodation. When we asked reception if there was a policy about staff knocking and told her what had just happened, she said ‘yes’ and gave us a do not disturb sign to put on our door. If this hotel was really a 4 star there should have been a simple apology for the privacy breach that happened. Our key cards stopped working every day, being on the 8th floor we had to spend 20 mins of our day waiting for one of the 3 awful lifts to get a new key card. The food is awful, seems like the hotel cuts corners to not spend money. Food is bland and gave me a dodgy stomach every day. Drinks are watered down, and if you want proper cocktails, you have to pay even if you’re all inclusive. Ice creams, you have to pay for at the snack bar. By the end of the trip, we felt angry, uncomfortable and deeply disappointed. Between the stained towels, marked bedding, broken glass on the floor, concerns about hygiene, and people entering the room unexpectedly, this hotel fell far below even the most basic standards expected b

Booked with Jet2 for 4 nights. Arrived 11am and we paid 15 Euros to get into our room early. Good sized family room for 3 of us. Hotel clean and patio doors keep any outside noise out. All inclusive isn’t what I would call it. The drinks menu is awful and VERY limited. The cocktails are disgusting premixed syrup with juice added or water. Wine is watered downs One was suppose to have lemonade and when I said it’s made with water she replied we aren’t allowed to use 7up anymore in our cocktails. The cups are small and full of ice and 3/4 full. So you’ve drunk it before you get back to your sunbed. Only 2 drinks each so 3 of us meant 2 had to go to bar. Pool at food is pizza , awful burgers and chips with salad. Their only restaurant is buffet and you only get coffee at breakfast !!! How can you not have coffee at lunch or dinner, they turn the machines off. Ridiculous to not have coffee available. We ended up having to pay for drinks. An all inclusive that isn’t all inclusive Food basic and always cold. Pizza were good that’s all we ate. It’s a 3 star NO WAY a 4 star. Hotel is kept clean all over so well done to housekeeping. 5 minute walk to bars so location is good.

This hotel didn’t blow me out of the water, but it was exactly what I expected it to be for the price we paid for Easter weekend. The hotel is VERY clean, reception staff are very helpful. The room we had was 712 side view room with a balcony and was spacious, comfy and clean. The safe didn’t work in the room but we were only there 2 nights. There is no kettle and cups in the room or phone which was a first for me for a hotel room, not being able to have a cup of tea on the balcony! We were all inclusive so was given 2 drinks tokens each and you have to take your glass back to the bar each time you want a new drink. What was annoying was paying for all inclusive but some cocktails were not included - pina colada was €6 extra. The food was as expected, just standard buffet food, sometimes a bit repetitive but breakfast was my favourite. The pool bar had hot dogs, burgers and pizza everyday if you missed lunch. I’m glad we went when we did as i think when this hotel is full it would be a nightmare. There aren’t enough Sun loungers around the pool or tables/chairs in the bar area for everyone. The lifts are SO slow and tiny, and they don’t have sensors so will shut on you - please watch out for this. We had a late flight home so paid €36 for a 4pm check out rather than 12 noon which I thought was a decent price. They have a luggage storage room and a shower room for if you have checked out of your hotel room. The hotel can be a bit noisy, there were a lot of young kids in the hotel banging their room doors and slamming doors etc which was very loud. TV in the room has some English channels. Hotel is within walking distance of the beach and a supermarket. Overall I would stay again for a few days but I would not do any longer than that here.

Reception staff awful, so unhelpful and don’t care to help you- never felt this way in a hotel of this rating before. In our stay there was no water through the taps or shower for majority of one day- the reception didn’t want to help weren’t apologetic and didn’t care. Had rowdy neighbours and one receptionist said they’d move us in the morning and when we went to move the other receptionist said the opposite and couldn’t move us-poor communication. Lifts are awful- if you are visiting with individuals in wheel chairs or pushchairs you can barely fit in so would definitely avoid Only one bar open at a time- ques are then awfully long Entertainment is below average If your sat by the pool lots of the umbrellas are broken Positives: Food- good Newly renovated rooms and cleaners are friendly
