We booked for an overnight stay to see the EDPjazz concert in Cascais. My partner booked it and specified that she needed a low floor as she suffers from vertigo. On arrival we were told we were on the 4 th floor. Oops. Not a good start. The receptionist was very helpful and we said we would leave our case and go for lunch. The replacement room was on the ground floor facing the pool . Unfortunately the smelly rubbish bin with all the cigarettes ash was right in upside the window. The pluses . We had a working fridge ( unfortunately it made a generator noise all night) but the room was clean and beds comfortable. Air con and tv in room. Breakfast was good. Better than some 4 star hotels we have stays in . Would we stay again for a short break, probably yes. Car parking in the street by the hotel was free as some roads in the area were not. Very friendly staff.

Excellent hotel . We stayed for 3 nights, and we loved it. They upgraded our room to an ocean view, and the room was stunning. The staff were very friendly . The swimming pool and spa are really good, just mind you need to book it in advance otherwise it could get overcrowded so there is nothing to worry about as everything is well organised. It's a 2 minutes walk from estoril train station and a 30 mims walk to cascais .

Clean and very new room but if your idea is like ours and is looking for a pet friendly hotel I didn't like anything that puts that “can be charged**** supplements” you send a message to the hotel saying you're wearing two caniches toy, which I didn't have No answer, and after going up to the room and check in, tell me you need to talk to me, you charge me €20 per night with these two dogs, I understand they charge a supplement for them, but be clear in Booking.com and put your real price, because it is not the same to carry two 3kg toy canches each which do not release hair for their race, as a chowchow like that I saw in the reception, or a German pastor who if you have to have an extra cleaning for the hair topic, would not return for this topic, since at the end the price came out to me as a hotel in the centre of Lisbon with the same features.

Amazonia hotel was a very good experience for our family. We loved the fact that the hotel have large appar**ents and that is was a small hotel. Lots of privacy and staff that was so helpfull with our plans. Trainstation very close and so easy to get to lisbon. Although soms things can be improvid we absoluty had a very pleasant stay. If you don't mind that the kitchen only have limited pans, you will be fine. Be aware for people with disibilaties. The street is a great workout, going uphill. The furniture needs replacment, and the beds for the children in the livingroom could use an upgrade. But then again housekeeping was very helpfull, every day we had the beds made up and the room cleaned. Breakfast was well organised. Each morning there were the basics from croisants, bread, eggs, fruits yohurts, and a surprise sweet roll from pasteis de nata to muffins.. the swimmingpool is very quite even in august and the hotel provides clean towels to use. The area was quite, and the room we stayed in was very cool even with the AC off. We are looking back on a great stay in estoril. In need of groceries? We used ubereats to deliver to the appartement. We hope to come back in the naar future, amazonia will be on our list for booking.

First the basics - good beds and a pleasant, quiet room and a good nights sleep (until a tour group checked out early in the morning). Nice bathroom, good housekeeping, and pleasant seating in the private outside balcony seating area. Front desk check in and out was easy. Inviting pool and patio areas. The quirky - both old and new areas of the hotel (we stayed in the new), and having to walk through the bar area and past the dining area to get to our room. Trying to find the way to our room was confusing at first since you don't often walk through a bar to find your room, but was really not a problem after that. The breakfast offering was not really anything special. The bar was enjoyable and bar service was good. Very short walk to the train station and ******.

A great deal, they took ten, when there was an error by booking, because we were going with animals and booking after booking with them a apartment and paying it was not available and they themselves gave us a link of The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We only want to thank the hotel in the heart of the city.

We just stayed 4 nights at this hotel and were pleased with the comfort and efficiency from the hotel staff. Especially want to compliment Albert in the breakfast room, he was ever so helpful and efficient helping me with organising milk for my child every morning. Thank you Albert, very friendly. The rooms are comfortable, apart from the pillows are not great and the soap dish has holes at the bottom so water seeps through all over the sink surface and had a couple of things to mention that the bottled water should be complimentary at least once per day and a kettle in the room for tea and coffee would be a great bonus! Coffee doesn’t taste too good at breakfast but cannot complain too much as it was great to have a free breakfast with a good selection of food. (Tomato ketchup missing at the buffet too but if you ask they will serve you some) On the whole the hotel has free breakfast and parking and is in a good location for travelling to sintra, cascáis and Lisbon, very convenient.
