Beautiful hotel ,10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower , the roof top was amazing , good view, right in the centre of Paris, staff speak good English.

The room deposit hasn't been refunded yet.
I definitely checked twice when checking out.
They said it was canceled but they didn't do it.
It's been almost 3 weeks now, and it's only after I sent the third email.
They say they made a mistake
Be sure to check when checking out. It is very inconvenient.
This is my first time experiencing a hotel that did not refund my room deposit.

It was a very nice place to see the Eiffel Tower from the street in front of the hotel! It's also close to the subway station.
The room is stylish and clean.
The staff's response was also good, and I was especially happy with the response of the staff at the rooftop bar.
Amenities are minimal. I think it would have been nice to have slippers.

I chose this hotel because it was recently opened. The facilities are good, the food in the restaurant is good, the breakfast is so-so, the fitness is good because it's open 24 hours, and there's a rooftop, but it's so poor that it's not good. It is a Hilton hotel and is a 4-star hotel. However, before check-out, the housekeeping staff opened the door and just came in and left again. Don't even disturb me, even though I put it on. Since I talked to the front desk at the time of check-out, I just said sorry and moved on,, Is this just something to be sorry about? I was wearing all my clothes in the room and I was organizing my luggage, but it would be a big deal if I didn't,, the staff were so irresponsible and incompetent. There is no communication between the staff, and you have to tell all the staff again.
