To respond to your kind comment, despite all our efforts: let's start with the hot water: we did indeed have a small technical incident for a few hours, a problem that can happen to any hotel or structure. To apologize, we offered you 2 breakfasts (for you and your daughter) for 2 days! But you wanted to take advantage of our kindness and demanded another free breakfast for a 3rd day, which was logically refused. So I don't understand your negative comment about breakfast when you seemed to appreciate it since you asked us to offer it to you for a 3rd time! You complained about the noise from the building works from your first day because you were accommodated in a street-side room, and the team took care of it in the morning by upgrading you and giving you a courtyard-side room; the team even took care of transferring your luggage. On the day of your departure, you complained again about the noise of the works in the morning of your check-out, even though the works had been completed 1 or 2 days before that, and there were no more works on the day of your departure, especially since you were in a courtyard-side room. What I was trying to explain to you on your check-out day in a kind and very professional manner is that the construction works do not concern the hotel but rather the building next door. They had to extend their scaffolding over some of our windows, and in that regard, we couldn't do anything but You didn't want to understand anything, I understand well that it was unpleasant because even the staff and the neighbors were bothered by the noise and we are happy to see the construction work finished. Our hotel is classified as 4 stars by state entities and industry specialists with specific standards, so please excuse me, your 2-star rating has no basis or logic.If we follow your logic, we should close the hotel because construction works in Paris right now are everywhere. I myself was very surprised by your aggression and inappropriate manner; a bit of courtesy wouldn't hurt. Know that all the staff complained about your behavior and your disrespectful way of speaking from the moment you arrived. But despite all this, we all remained polite and respectful with you, and we did our best to satisfy you. Our goal is to make our guests' stay as enjoyable as possible.
