We loved everything at our stay. Breakfast, the spa and the room were all super! We loved the spa because it was peaceful and the saunas were so relaxing. Our room was so good that we slept almost 11 hours every night. The hotel is near the beach and the city so we walked a lot. And it was so nice to go to the spa after a long walk.

The room that we were allocated looked nothing like the room that we booked and was pictured on their website. The room was miniscule. This a single room masquerading as a double. It did not have the furniture that should have been in the room. There were no bedside tables, there was no armchair, no coffee table as advertised. The room had a long corridor to make up the square meterage of the room but in fact the habitable area was much smaller. There was no room to get out of bed on one side. Instead of the armchair, there was an ordinary chair. The TV could only be watched from the bed but it was mounted on the wall in such a way that it could only be partially seen. The bathroom had good quality toiletries but when the door was open it completely obstructed the hallway, which in my opinion is a hazard. And for la piece de resistance, check the chewing gum stuck on the top of the bed frame. I was charged £267 for this room and I was refused a partial refund for providing a misrepresented room. Their excuse - there are small differences between rooms. Really? That kind of differences? The manager offered an alternative room in the non-refurbished part of the hotel, in the spa section of the hotel but it was dark, the furniture was tired and it smelled horrible of engrained dirt.

Very clean and cozy! Akord has great menu. Delicious foods. Spa was small , but we didnt take Vaikuse spa . Room had a nice view, clean sheets . We loved it. Would recommend to stay at least two nights and in summer also. We visited in spring, was windy to go to the beach.

The hotel is very comfortable and pleasant. SPA was exceeding our expectations in terms of amenities and service offering. We will definitely return for SPA visit and massage rituals.

We had a really nice stay at Hedon hotel and spa. Definitely was relaxing to spend time at the spa which was not too crowded. Also the gym area was okay. We loved the modern vibe of the hotel and our hotel room! Breakfast was also superb! Would visit again✨

Everything was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the Spa, Everything! Not cheap, but you fully understand what you are paying for. We shall definitely repeat the experience and will be back soon!

It's was good as always. Food, the SPA etc- all experience!!! and room-it was too super: comfy, soft pillows, clean. Long walks by the Sea; a little swim in the Sea. The cycling. the service staff is warm and friendly, fulfilling your wishes. Thank you Hedon Spa and Hotel!!
