Top 5-Star Hotels in Parramatta

Great Location - lovely sized apartment's - comfortable bed The only downside which is no fault of this establishment is there is several construction sites happening around the building - and it is very noisy

I have visited Parramatta for work on quite a number of occasions now and despite there being many hotels for me to choose from - this is the only place I will stay. From the moment you arrive the staff are just wonderful. Thanks definitely need to go to Jessica, the last 2 times I have been greeted by her, I've been tired after my drive. The first time she gave me some snacks and suggested I go to my room, put my feet up and enjoy...this time I arrived to 44 degree heat and she immediately offered and handed me a cold bottle of water and made my check in a breeze each time. The rooms are clean and spacious and have everything your own home would have, plus more. The pool - I could have stayed by all day. This place is a must stay when in Parramatta.

I visit about once a month, and have been doing so for a long time. The staff are very welcoming and go out of their way to organise my booking in my preferred room. The suite is excellent. Always impeccably clean, and perfect for my requirements. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Parramatta’s CBD and restaurants. I intend to return each time my business takes me to Parramatta

Great location. A number of cafes and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a large Westfield shopping complex about a 10-minute walk away, with even more restaurants and retail stores for your perusing. For those taking public transport, Parramatta train station is a similar distance (shopping centre and train station are side-by-side), which is an easy/flat walk to and from the hotel. During our stay, we were liaising with Claire, who was brilliant throughout. We had three rooms booked, and she looked after us all very well. The staff overall were friendly, and the rooms were renovated and modern. The buffet breakfast was not an overly large in selection, but a good amount of options to choose from.

I attended a conference held in the Lennox Ballroom, and it was easiest to stay at the same hotel. Check-in and check-out was ok, a bit slow and had to wait until someone bothered to look up and see me standing there. Location is good, next to many eateries and a short (about 10-15 minute) walk to Westfield mall. The room was average, with all basic requirements. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and basic necessities were there. Points for improvement include - no full length mirror in the room (only the bathroom mirror above the sink), shower head was about an inch above my head (I'm 158cm), the shower screen was too small to stop water splashing onto the floor while showering, unusual room layout meant passing through a narrow gap between wall and corner of bed to reach the bathroom, and unvacuumed floor despite putting up the sign for room cleaning. The sofa at reception was large and useful, unfortunately had a few small rips in it. While the hotel is adequate, more attention to details might help to elevate the customer experience.

The hotel itself is great, clean and everything you need but sadly the pool/spa/sauna and gym area weren’t available yet and would have been great to know before booking as would have chosen another hotel. The rooms are very spacious

Generally not recommended and will not live here again Advantages: Convenient location, about 6 minutes walk to trim station Disadvantages: There is a problem with the communication between the employees. There was a request the night before the check out. The check out was delayed to 12 o'clock. The employee said yes, but the phone was woken at 10:15 the next morning to wake us up, and the door was opened directly. Privacy is also impolite. He also said that he would check out at 11:30 at the latest and add money at 12 o'clock. In addition, we chose a water curtain room, so there is a jacuzzi, but it is much smaller than the picture, and it will also leak underneath. The room facilities are very old and very different from the online pictures. p.s. Wi-Fi access code need to ask the waiter to get

The location is difficult to find, and there is no parking, even at the main entrance. I don't know how to carry the luggage, and the basement parking lot is very small, with only a few cars available, and it requires some technical skills.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Woolworths and fast food options across the street. The service from Jack was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure me and my family were comfortable. Rooms were outdated but the suite was nice, and everything was well cleaned. Look forward to our next stay. I have stayed twice in three months. I have booked this time. I am very satisfied with the double suite. The terrace is very large. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can cook more than six people. The fly in the ointment is another room. The difference is that the air is dripping.  No room, bed, room, lobby, suggestion, suites are better than standard double rooms.
