The Heritage Hotel Manila

This is my third time staying in this hotel during the one month duration of my holiday. Jona Joy Dionela, Senior Front Office Manager,  Florife Laroza, Director of Rooms and Eduardo Dela Cerna, Front office manager; made sure I experienced extra mile customer services and extremely satisfaction experienced during my stay. Facilities are well maintained and up to an excellent standard and enjoyed the variety of foods available in the morning and dinner buffet.  Definitely will book my stay on my next holiday.. 

My kids and i celebrated new year here. From the moment i entered and left, all was exceptional. The warm greetings of staff, their pleasant smiles and assistance, as well as the nice scent upon entering the hotel and on our floor left an impact. The scent is mild and calming to the senses. The pool was also squeaky clean. A well scented hotel can give a huge impact on customers like me, who’s sensitive on smell. Overall, stay was enjoyable and unforgetable, clean and well scented. Will definitely come back and recommend. Kudos to this hotel staff for maintaining the place so well! Thank you!

“I stayed here for two nights and had a very good experience. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helped us with directions. The hotel is close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was good with several options. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be slow sometimes. We arrived around 4pm and we saw that the lobby is a bit crowded because of the prom (Valentine prom 😊). We are also a bit tired from the flight and the duty manager approached us and accommodated us. We booked for a double bed room but at that time it was not available so the duty manager gave us a king room, they also provided us with an extra bed. The room is large and cozy. My son enjoyed it so much! Whenever we came home or about to leave the country we always go to this hotel. Staff are always polite and accommodating. Thank you!
