It's an older hotel that can be very noisy if you move the chair you're sitting on. They have no pads on the bottom and make a loud screeching noise when moved something that could be fixed quite easily. If someone above you does it you could have a heart attack. The pool is small, there were 2 of us in it and that's all it could fit. When you go out they want you to leave the room key at the front desk. The shower head prevented water from reaching my lower extremities. The TV was a little box, the internet wasn't good and shut off sometimes. The free breakfast was OK you ordered 1 of 4 egg dishes and all the toast, jam, tea and coffee you could eat.

It’s a very basic hotel ina great location. It is on a noisy soi but if your room is facing the right direction it is not problem. I asked to change and they were happy to oblige. The breakfast is on the seventh floor and has great view. The beach is just at the end of the soi and the place is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants!

The hotel is located very conveniently. The room is not the best, but quite suitable for a stay for a couple of nights in Jomtien. The air conditioner was new and worked well. Refrigerator too. Hot water is available through a flow-through boiler.
A 2000 baht deposit for the key to the safe at the reception will be returned upon departure.
From the 6th floor balcony there is a good side view of the sea and all corner rooms ending in ..01 (photo from 601) have approximately this view.
Of the shortcomings. Squealing secret girls from bars on the street didn’t always let you sleep, but if you relax in a bar yourself, it doesn’t interfere 😄. The second question already relates to the hotel. There is a sewer smell in the room that comes into the room from the shower or toilet. If you eliminate it, then the hotel, taking into account the price with breakfast and proximity to the sea, is quite normal 👍.
For breakfast you can choose one of four options: an egg dish, rice porridge with small pieces of meat, toast with jam and coffee/tea.
