The hotel is located in the good location. Just a few minute walk to Pattaya Beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is good. I would love to stay here again next time.

The hotel is next to the beach and central marina, quite comfortable. There is a parking lot under the hotel. The most impressive thing is the service of the staff. ^^

Stayed for only 1 night, the location is great where shopping malls were just steps around, 24 hours stay policy and lazy breakfast are just awesome.

This is my second time staying here. The main reason is that it is still very new. The location is convenient, including songthaews running to the north and south. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, money change shops, massage parlors nearby for shopping, eating, leisure, etc... And it takes two or three minutes to walk to Beach Road. Breakfast is served until 4pm, which is also suitable for people who get up late.

The Payaa hotel is well situated with entrances from 2 streets.. Breakfast served until 4pm is a real bonus . The staff are so courteous and friendly.. which makes for a very relaxing stay ..
