Best Hotels in Pattensen

Shame - the many good reviews have misled. But first of all the positive: the restaurant is modern and puffy for Pattensener conditions. Nice decorations. The map is small and attractive! Washrooms clean. The bread before and the herbal butter delicious. Table crumbled, most food under the table*. Long waiting time until the order and bs drinks came. Guests who came after us were already there at the pre-food. Welcome from the kitchen: actually a nice gesture, but 2 vegetarians at the table went out empty because there was no alternative to the roastbeef, consumé from the pastinake: grey, sight-dense liquid. Sorry, consume should actually be clear and valid. * Pilze, vegetarian : when fresh pepperlines are served is the most beautiful of the smell. Unfortunately, it was already flying here. Totally it tasted like 3x heated and so sharply brown the mass looked like. The potato pyree looked like and tasted like pocket pyree- sticky, pampig lambs: grey and dry Even if everything had been good, the price performance is not true: mini portions to pride prices The restaurant was full, the tables close to each other without a protective distance or walls. Why do we give the house a second chance? Maybe some time outside on the wooden deck with a glass of wine and a pre-food. Maybe we only got a bad day .... *We raised the service force on it. The reaction was unpleasant.

The hotel is close to the old town. The rooms are large enough. Unfortunately, you haven't found a better alternative at the shower/toilet. The shower is actually in the bedroom and is not separate and very narrow. The toilet is separate. Our room to the street was quite noisy at open windows, but at closed windows it is well noise-isolered. The rooms are relatively easy to fit according to the hotel category, but clean. The staff at the reception should be a little friendlier! Are you somehow like in a youth hostel! Garage spaces are available for money. For a short stay the hotel is well suited. Breakfast would not be chosen by us.

We arrived to find an empty car park outside of the hotel, but received a warm welcome from the person at reception who spoke very good English (which was unusual, based on other hotels in Germany that we used on this trip). We were initially given a twin room, when I had ordered a double, but this was soon rectified - there were only a couple of other people staying at the hotel, as far as we could tell... The room was functional, if a little cramped, and the décor was looking very tired. The free WiFi was good. We ate in the restaurant, which was a little odd as there were only 3 occupied tables, so the atmosphere was a little lacking... The food was OK but nothing special (but at least they had a menu translated to English). Breakfast was equally atmosphere-free - there was one other guest when we ate. The selection at the buffet was OK but nothing special.

Really nice cute hostel in central Hannover! Near the main station (10min walk). What a experience! It’s literally a box!! Space really well exploited. They don’t have a kitchen nor laundry facilities. Nice charming staff. You get a free coffee. We couldn’t leave our stuff on the departure day and come back for it later on the day.

Exterior appearance is dated. Only when I was in room noticed I had been “charged” an EXTRA 50€ per night on the credit card which they described to me as being on an EU initiative. I do not like this practice happening WITHOUT MY CONSENT and that it was not even explained to me at Check in. Had to go downstairs to get TV remote replaced only to go back down later that night because that one was not working either. (btw remote in Hamburg was individually wrapped – here it came with a small pack of hygienic wraps – so much for Covid cleaning). Duty Receptionist/Manager came up and made me feel inferior because it worked for her. Then there is the safe that works when it wants to. I didn’t bother mentioning that for fear of being told off again. Internet – only allowed two of my three devices and it had to be reconfigured every day of my stay. Staying in the Hamburg Courtyard I had none of these problems. Good large room with my lake view being excellent (despite the torn mosquito netting on the opening window). (I fully appreciate requests cannot always be met but the hotel was not full and they consider 3rd of 5 floors as high). Furniture and carpeting very dated. The electric switches had a mind of their own. Excellent bathroom very hot water, good towels. Bed very comfortable with very good assor**ent of pillows. Easy chair and table NOT good for working on (unlike Hamburg). Clearly resting on its laurels with proximity of Arena next door and the lakeside location. Personally I would not recommend this hotel purely on the basis that it seems to be living in the past. It needs a lot of care and money spending on it. Apparently this is a “franchise” hotel – it creates a bad impression of what Courtyard can do (see my Hamburg review).

I directly felt very welcome, once I entered the hotel. The staff was very motivated and could help me out directly as there were some issues with the electricity in my room. The motivated and very warm staff made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. They also explained to me the vegan options they had for breakfast - this is not usual for hotels, so very appreciated! In the room itself, they have also USB-A and USB-C connections, so no worries about forgetting your charger blocks. The room overall was very clean. I was there during a business trip and could also work in total silence and do some meetings. The Internet connection was stable. Keep on doing the good work and hope to see you soon!

Situated at the old cargo trainstation of Hannover this NYCE is a good stay when you are looking for a non thrill basic, but comfortable stay, room #809 on the highest floor is rather small with a excellent view over Hannover. bathroom was on the smaller side too. i fitted barely inside shower. a short 15 min walk to Hannover train station and close to the Barok gardens and public transports. Young and friendly staff, helpful and correct.

We were often at the forum in Hannover. Since my wife was free on her birthday in the short term, we arrived the day before to the afternoon. We had booked an arrangement with a zoo visit. As always, we were super friendly and welcomed in advance and even got our favorite room. In the evening we had a very delicious rippchen in the restaurant. Very recommended. The next day my wife had birthday and all staff from reception to service, even the hotel director have congratulated and the breakfast table was very beautifully decorated. Sect and cake surprise included. We were very happy about it. Also in this Corona time all hygiene measures were followed and you felt safe everywhere. After breakfast and a tour with our wheels it went to the zoo which is also very recommended. Dear Fora Team you are all top. We're always happy to come back. To soon ....

The hotel faces the street, the location is superior, there are many restaurants, shopping malls and so on around. There is no parking lot. The front desk staff of the hotel will suggest where to park. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.
