Amenities included like full buffet, made to order omelets, happy hour with snacks and drinks were great. The rooms are dated and need many updates though.

I didn’t like the fact I was charged $250 for damage, and they claimed it was frosting and confetti. I’m not sure why that would be that much. Staff members were constantly calling my room accusing the kids of things and they were sleep on one of the calls. Last 2 times were horrible got charged extra fees for stuff that shouldn’t have been. Overall not staying there again used to be my favorite hotel but now im never going to that place again I’ve never been charged any fees like that at any hotel and I’ve been out of the country multiple times just a shame.

Manager was very unfriendly, she tried to talk over my concerns and give excuses why things were as they are.
The manager clearly did not care about the customer.
Threatened NOTpaying for parking or your vehicle could be towed? I did not see any security. The bathtub was disgusting . Overpriced Greedy Hotel for sure!

Not enough parking close to hotel. Parking security fees need to be communicated at time of reservation. No shampoo in dispenser.

Customer service at the reception desk to check-in and after our visit was great. So nice.
My only difficulties were that the bathroom had trouble opening and shutting all the way and the room was so hot. We kept trying to turn it down but the room never cooled off or had great ventilation (which wasn’t great for air flow or when you have a baby and dirty diapers in the trash).

Asked for late check out because our cheerleaders made it to day two for state, high school has been booking at this hotel for many years. Hotel manager told me no, later to find out she allowed others in our group to check out late and then even charged a family yo have late check out

The front desk had no one waiting and the lady working told us it would be a few she had things to do. After about 5 or 10 minutes I said you ready and she was very rude like I was doing something wrong. The parking lot was so full we parked about 3 blocks away. Not very friendly workers

The receptionist was extremely nasty and rude . I called and asked for trash bags and a vacuum she got very rude and hung up and didn’t bring anything I asked for then I was charged a cleaning fee
