Рядом с набережной! Прекрасный ресторан в самом отеле, и куча кафе в шаговой доступности. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный! Рекомендую к посещению и сам тоже еще раз с радостью сюда вернусь.

Были с друзьями на выходных. Отель понравился. Очень чисто, приятное обслуживание. Брали проживание без завтрака. Сочетание цена-качества великолепно в сторону качества.

Удобный матрас, вся мелочевка для комфорта (халат, тапочки, все для обуви), удобное расположение отеля, парковка внутри двора. Наши окна смотрели вовнутрь двора-было очень тихо. Порадовал разнообразный завтрак.

Цена не соответствует классу отеля. Находится где-то на задворках. Завтраки дорогие. Еще и слышимость ужасная. о чем разговаривают соседи слышно дословно. Остановилась, только потому, что была в этом здании конференция.

Отель чистый,удачное расположение у самой набережной в двух минутах от центра, вокруг есть рестораны. Но -2 звёзды за работу администратора в ночь с 9.06 по 10.06. Снимали номер на двоих, в отеле Сити стар двухместные номера расположены так,что между ними одна общая,тоненькая стенка. Нам очень не повезло с соседями в ту пятничную ночь, в соседний номер заселились парень и явно подвыпившая девушка. Где-то в час ночи стали доноситься истерические крики девушки,она ругалась с парнем и рыдала. Мы с другом спустились на первый этаж, пожаловались администраторке на шум. Вернулись в номер, долго вслушивались в звуки за стеной, особых изменений не было. Мы пытались уснуть ,но через час всё ещё были слышны крики. У меня не выдержали нервы, спустившись вновь администраторка посмотрела на меня и предложила подняться на этаж вместе, чтобы разобраться с шумом. Когда она постучалась в дверь,она сказала соседям "У нас в отеле запрещено шуметь после 11, если вы продолжите шуметь, нам придется вас выселить." Парень, вышедший из номера с удивлением спросил "сильно слышно,да?". Администраторка отреагировала на мою жалобу и просьбу обратиться к соседям только со второго раза. Почему? Мне тяжело это понять,но администрация отеля должна выполнять свою работу.

В целом все хорошо, единственное, номер достался на предпоследнем этаже, а на последнем располагается конференц зал и рано утром там началось торжество, было достаточно шумно.
