"This was our second time in this bathhouse. There is a receiver for the administrator in the bathhouse, we called and asked to bring water, she rudely refused and told us to go across the street and come to her to buy a bottle of water, please note that it is winter outside, we are wet after the bathhouse, after the pool, we have to go outside for a bottle of water, but why the receiver? And why the administrator? We go further, the pool is in terrible condition, the walls of the pool are in black mold, at the entrance to the changing room there is a mirror in which you can’t see your own reflection because of the dirt, there are cracks everywhere in the bathhouse. The water in the showers smells of hydrogen sulfide, this smell causes a gag reflex in me. If you go to this place and drink until you lose your pulse, it will do, but if you go with your family, it’s a terrible place and the service is disgusting."

"A great location (near the city center, university, public transport stops, cafes and restaurants - all in step availability). Welcome and responsive staff. Delicious and saturated breakfasts. Of course, a single room needs cosmetic repair (+ noise isolation suffers if there are neighbors), but the price is fully in line with expectations, so it remains satisfied. If someone complains about beds, breakfasts, staff ... I don't understand these people, excellent breakfast(varied), staff always goes to you, even if you decide to walk until 4am, you will meet and say, "Good evening." The room is always clean, not even noticed when we were cleaned. We lived in the heat, we were saved by the air conditioner and water, which is distributed by the rooms and replenished according to requirements. I will recommend this hotel and will come myself)."
