It’s been my first time in Kuala Lumpur and I’m glad that I chose this hotel. The room’s very spacious, clean and it smells great. The staff’s highly welcoming and helpful. It’s quiet and I was able to have a good rest. Thank you a lot!

Friendly staff, It's a good hotel, it's value for money,the hotel clean & tidy, the only thing is, tv chanel not so good, but it's not a big deal for us, and suitable for family, friends, & couples, the hotel located at a strategic area, opposite the mc Donald at ss2, or dking durian, overall is good, recommended ✅✅👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfortable to spend the night with the family. A lift is available for each floor and it is easy to carry things to the room. Comfortable and spacious bathroom. The location is close to the LRT station. There are many restaurants nearby, banks and convenience stores. Affordable price. Clean and tidy. Will come again to Hotel 99.

Overall good Good location, near Sunway pyramid and makan places.The room is not too big but the toilet is spacious. Better bring your own towel as the towels provided are a bit old. the indoor sound proofing not so good, a bit noisy. Friendly receptionist.

It was the best stay for me as the unit was extremely clean and subtle. Truly loved the ambiance that I had no regrets of extending another one night. Definitely worth coming back.

Had a great time with my kids here. Room are clean just that the small pillow a little smelly. Air cond was superb very very cold even at 20 degrees. Water heater not that hot even set to the max. Tv channels were plenty from netflix.

I recently stayed at Dorset Hotel Subang Jaya and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding staff. On June 30, 2024, I realized that I had left my jewelry in the hotel room after checking out. In a panic, I called the hotel and spoke with Mr. Azam, the Guest Service Agent. His calming demeanor and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. Within minutes, Mr. Azam, along with Ms. Saherah, the Senior Security Officer, assured me that they were on it. Their thorough check revealed that Ms. Shanti, the diligent Housekeeping Maid, had found my jewelry and promptly reported it to her manager, Mr. Tarmizee, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The swift and professional actions didn’t stop there. Ms. Shanti and Mr. Tarmizee handed over the jewelry to Mr. Zairul Azli, the Assistant Safety & Security Manager, for verification. To ensure the highest level of security, Mr. Zairul reviewed the CCTV footage to confirm that no one else had entered the room after I checked out. This meticulous attention to detail and the seamless coordination among the staff members were truly remarkable. Their honesty, efficiency, and dedication turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Azam, Ms. Saherah, Ms. Shanti, Mr. Tarmizee, and Mr. Zairul Azli for their exceptional service and assistance. Stayed in a Deluxe Queen with no window room. Room was a tad tiny but it served its purpose if you just need a room to rest and shower before heading out to your destination. Simple breakfast was included such as scrambled eggs, mushroom omelette and roti canai set. They even had toast, jam and butter. However, I would prefer if the bathroom had shower curtain or glass sliding door. Else, the floor would always be wet due to water spillover once someone showered. Anyway, this hotel is recommended since it is nearby to shopping mall such as 1Utama, The Curve and IKEA.

After staying in the same hotel for the last 30 years…..a little sad to see the hotel growing old……aircon not adjustable, room service very poor (check in without even basic tea bag, 2nd day shock to see they clean the bed but forgot the toilet with no changed towels and no water replenishment)

Room was nicely in size, comfortable, clean.. Shower room and toilet are separated.. Location wise it depend on what ur stay for.. It is located near factories area.. Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..
