The hotel is next to the Royal Palace and National Museum in Phnom Penh, and the Unalong Temple, is also next to the hotel. No tickets are required, so you must go. The location is good, but it is recommended not to choose a room with a balcony, because the balcony is not independent but public, and anyone can sit on the balcony. Even at two o'clock in the morning, others ran to your balcony to drink and chat, scaring you to death.

The staff are great very friendly, Everyone that works here help me with everything I needed. The room are very clean. And trust me their toilet can really take a punch like Mikey Tyson after eating a lot of food from the night market. For their toilet I like the give them 10 stars for taking the punch like a champ.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed 3 nights in the family room. It was new, clean and big! Location was also great. We were well received by a smiling staff that took good care of us. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the soft opening did not include the full Accor plus benefits with dining discount. I was, however notified, that there was a note in the booking about this. I had missed this. That being said, we were served a really good breakfast at around 7$ pr person. Our waiter was so nice and took very good care of us:-) I also liked that there was water available from a dispenser in the hallway. Overall a great stay, and it will be even better after the grand opening and all Accor benefits are included! I recommend staying here. The staff was the best part of the stay. They made our stay memorable.
