Great location. The staff are friendly. The bed is good, but the bathroom and room are a bit outdated. There is no refrigerator, which is a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was priced pretty high for a small antiquated room with grandma's furniture. For the price and size of the room and amenities onsite, I would look at other options. Hotel appears to have been built in 1928.
Things were not in good repair in the small room. Again, if you like vintage and look over things while you are paying the same price as neighboring hotels (no real option close by that had rooms), this might be interesting to you.

Old style hotel no on street parking have to park in garage and a lot of street noise no real AC just a ceiling fan and only local channels on the TV no cable channels. The location is in walking distance to various restaurants for me I would not stay again it is a little expensive too for what you get

Clean, comfortable bed and hot water. But really old. No thermostat in the room and tiny dark shower.

The staff is super nice and the restaurants down stairs are excellent. The furniture and carpeting are truly worn. A douse of Frebreeze and new linens would help. :)

The location is perfect. But this hotel needs to do some upgrades. There was no air or heat in the room. They brought us a fan though so that was nice. The shower had a handheld showerhead that was pointed straight down and shoulder length. It was very strange. Then I kept getting burned with waves of hot water. It wasn't the worst hotel ever, but it definitely isn't a place to stay if you want the basic comforts either.

This was a rough stay: very poor WiFi, very poor water pressure, unclean, bad smells in multiple rooms (I switched rooms to see if it would make a difference), inability to adjust the temperature in the rooms. Terrible.

This is a historic landmark hotel in a great location but it’s in bad condition. The in-room WiFi does not work, water temperature isn’t regulated hot to cold, room temperature can’t be adjusted, and most equipment in the exercise room is broken. There was no central heat for 50o nights. Not relevant to me but the advertised pool and rooftop deck are closed.
The desk staff are mostly friendly but they know about these problems and can’t or won’t address them or even mention when asked. Hypothetically the hotel is under renovation.
I think the hotel and ******* have an obligation to inform customers about this situation before accepting reservations. By the time I realized after checking in it was around midnight and no other hotels were available. Please do better, *******.
