"Great staff, good amenities, comfortable be, spacious room. Appears to be an older hotel, accessible to the train and very close to the airport. There’s a handful of fast food places nearby. However, didn’t see any exterior security, not cameras. Felt a bit unsafe outside the hotel, the are persons experiencing homelessness around. One of them I saw consecutive dates, asked to bum a cig in the smoking area and kept trying to get my attention from the bus stop after. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Other than that, pretty decent place."

When comparing to other accommodations I had stayed in around the area of similar price range, this one is the best."

"We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks."

"Title: Very disappointing breakfast experience We stayed at the Hyatt, and our booking clearly included breakfast for two. However, when we arrived at the breakfast area, there was no clear information or budget limit for what we could order. The staff didn’t explain anything, so we had no idea what was covered. Later, we saw a $100 bill charged to our room and were told the front desk would “adjust it later.” For such a large and reputable hotel, it’s surprising that there’s no breakfast buffet, no clear instructions for guests, and very poor service — not even a friendly greeting or a smile from the staff. The whole experience felt far below Hyatt’s usual standards."
