"We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation."

Great
JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

LLisa🌟 A Delightful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by the Airport 🌟 From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at Country Inn & Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining and attractions. 🛏️ The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials—a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a convenient workspace. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the relaxing ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. 🍳 Breakfast was a standout feature! Their hot breakfast buffet had something for everyone—from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start the day. ✈️ The location near the airport couldn’t have been more convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Shuttle service was prompt and reliable, making travel stress-free. Whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days, I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites by the airport for its comfort, hospitality, and value. I’ll definitely be back! Would you like help tailoring it to a specific city or traveler type—like a business guest or family vacation?

DDorothyThe hotel was very clean. Except we had problems with the first room. They gave us that the toilet didn't work. And we had to move rooms. Secondly, the pool was very dirty and the hot tub was very green. It was not acceptable for the money that we paid.Locks on the door did not work. had to put a chair underneath the door and did not feel safe. Needs renovation. The bathtub had many chips.

BBrownRonaldFor a hotel and spa, I expected more. Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.

DdilayaydanThe most beautiful thing was breakfast. We compared with other hotels which are we stayed before. They had just cereals. In this hotel there were boiled eggs, muffins, waffles, yoghurt, oatmeal, cream cheese, cereal... Location was really far from airport because we dont have any car. If you have car, it is ok. Last thing is cleaning. I disappointed because of this view. Sheets and pillows were really dirty.
