Booked this hotel because it was close to the airport, but was positively surprised. The staff was very eager to help, when the AC broke in our room they instantly moved us to the new one. The pool is clean and nice and the whole property quiet and peaceful. The beach nearby is super nice, much better than Patong beach and it is 3 minutes on a scooter.

The rooms are small detached units, but they were really dirty with lots of bugs, and the facilities were very old. The air conditioning was incredibly loud – even my noise-cancelling headphones couldn't block it out. In fact, the AC in my brother's room broke down completely on the first night. For the airport transfer, the front desk clearly stated it would be 200 Thai Baht, but they actually charged me 300. When I questioned it, the front desk said it was 200 Baht *per room*? I pointed out that we were all in one car, but they still ended up charging 300 Baht. However, Trip.com's service was excellent.

The room wasn't particularly new, and some of the facilities were a bit old. What really left me speechless was coming back to my room at night to find my door wide open! The front desk told me the cleaning lady forgot to close it! So my room door was just left open all day for no good reason. Everyone passing by could see into my room and my belongings, and even walk right in! And not a single apology from start to finish. 'Sorry' isn't a hard word to say. They even said, 'As long as nothing was stolen, it's fine.' I was just speechless... With service like that, there won't be a next time for me.

The resort is really nice and for the first time since arriving in Thailand, I was able to bath with very hot water. So I was happy that this place offered that haha. I'd definitely recommend this for a quick stop and very close to Nai Yang beach.

Great location close to the airport but still like a holiday resort. Nice big room but no WiFi for two days and water pressure for the shower was terrible. The pool was nice but the water was too warm. Overall a nice clean comfy place.

We just wanted to stay for a night because it was close to airport. But we found a beach near this resort that was amazing for taking photos because of airplane’s landing. As for resort, It was a normal room with shampoo and shower gel. Not dirty but ok. It has a pool but we didn’t use. Totally we enjoyed. Thank you

The facilities were old. Before check-in, I requested a room with a good view, but they arranged me on the second floor facing a private toilet and close to the transformer. It's really frustrating!
