Pretty solid location with a view with the amenities you'd expect at this price point. One of the restaurants was pretty good, one was passable, and one was closed. So in that regard it may have underwhelmed. And the staff at reception seemed to love to keep guests there..one of the longest welcomes and a slightly longish check-out. They are friendly and helpful though. So this is just being nitpicky. Worth it.

There is no resistance to this sea, the sea view room is invincible Nice, the view is superb, the room area is very large, larger than the five-star hotel room I lived in, like a suite, one room and one hall. I like the big floor-to-ceiling windows! ! ! Taking pictures in the room is also very nice. It's the focus in the evening. The sunset is really beautiful. It is really romantic to sit on the beach and watch the sunset drink a bottle of wine! But it also depends on luck. It is best to stay a few more days. The weather was not good when we arrived on the first day. The scenery is different every day. Nature is so magical haha~ I also have to praise the hotel’s butler, brother. Very good, leave the contact information, will come again next time haha~

We had a wonderful time in Phuket. We took family suite. Rooms were very spacious. We had a great ocean view from our big balcony where we spend time chit chatting. Bed was very comfortable. Each room had thermostat so everyone was happy. We only had one small issue with controlling the shower hot and cold water. It is not the same as USA but we managed. Kath helped us with the room and explained us all the amenities the resort has to offer. She got us the best view room few steps from the reception. I will highly recommend this resort. Thank you Kath for taking care of us.

Currently staying here now in the hotel, nothing but a positive experience forbthe 8 days so far. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, replenshed coffee, tea, sugar ect. Had a slight issue with my sink that was sorted within the hour. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Beach towels are always available by the pool and there are always usually sun-loungers available. The main pool is relaxing and always full of life. The secadas buzzing in the evening, and the exotic birds and their calls add to a magical experience of thail life ansld relaxation. For a budget hotel it really be faulted. Well done guys. ขอบคุณ

Worst and unsafe place for ladies especially! Ladies and young girls make sure don’t even stay in this hotel. Owner Roger is creep, he invites his friends at night by the pool and make a party with few drunk men. I had terrible experience here with my 2 girlfriends. Since it was a girls trip, owner tried few times to invite us to his party but we rejected it and he started to threaten us. At night he come and knock our door asking us join his friends. After we ignore him and decided to check out after 2 night staying because we felt unsafe there. Roger tried to not return our deposit and he used vulgar words to us. Rooms are not clean, location is not that great as well. U can find better hotels in same rate in Bangla street area for sure. Not recommended at all Be careful of this place!!!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I booked the presidential suite months in advance and upon arrival they gave my room to another person because they made a mistake and ”overbooked”. There is only one presidential suite, so it was a huge error. Hotel management tried to make up for it with free dinners during the stay and a free transport back to airport. The optional executive room faced blinking signage from across the street and had a terrible view. The few TV channels available did not work, the AC was not optimal and there was a blinking light fixture in the room. The hotel itself is very outdated. It needs a major upgrade. The gym and steam room were dingy and dark and not in use. They gave the bare minimum bathroom accessories with the smallest piece of soap to wash (for the executive suite!). The breakfast had ample choices. The front desk service was fair at best. There are many more hotels in the area that are better for the price. As we rode back to the airport, along the way we saw many better-suited options.
