The outlook is beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. However, unfortunately we got the room next to the kitchen and it was very noisy, not well insulated at all. The kitchen is fantastic and very well equipped. The guy who booked us in was lovely. The only issue we had was that the owner charges 4% surcharge for using a card to pay which is a total rip off, especially when the payment is processed on line by them. The banks do not charge 4%.

The surroundings are quiet. The food was very good. I feel comfortable and want to go again. I think it's a good hotel overall.

Very good room, I live with friends, a cozy two-bedroom, not afraid of noisy others, the soundproofing of the room is worth mentioning, we had a very happy stay. The style and characteristics of the villa are relatively distinctive, with a local atmosphere, and the overall appearance is very clean, very elegant, and looks very simple. The whole is located in the West District. In fact, it is quite prosperous and can meet shopping needs.

This house seems to have been a B&B for a long time. Everything is arranged very well. Everyday guests are in a constant stream. Breakfast is also good. The only problem is that I have two children with me to collect the cost of a child. My heart is a bit uncomfortable. Others are OK.

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk has completed all the formalities and proceeded, directly leading the door card to enter the room, the room is clean and comfortable. Cooking utensils are readily available, and pots and pans are easy to use. A five-minute walk from the surrounding area is a large supermarket and it is very convenient to purchase raw materials. The mattress is comfortable and you can fall asleep peacefully. The toilet and bath room are very convenient and hygienic. Like it, I have already stayed twice, next time it is my first choice! ! !

It is still a short distance from downtown Auckland and is suitable for self-drive accommodation with free parking. A House is divided into a lot of rooms, similar to Airbnb, the landlord is very enthusiastic, the room can cook

In our opinion, Quality Hotel Lincoln Green offers the best accommodation in Auckland. Great location, close to Henderson, the Waitakeres and the West Coast beaches, but only a quarter of an hour from the Auckland CBD via the Northwestern Motorway. Very nice and efficient reception and room maintenance staff. Many thanks to Yolanda and Sean and the whole team for a very pleasant stay.

We stayed one night at the motel as a result of the end of January flooding in Auckland which had caused our flight to Vancouver to be cancelled. Ian was very accommodating - when we checked in, we weren’t sure how many nights we would need as our flight had not been re-booked at that time, so he moved us to a room that was available for at least 3 nights. Our room (12) was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The mall at New Lynn is within walking distance and has plenty of food options as well as shops. The motel provided great value for money in our opinion.
