"I really loved how private and quiet the capsule bed was. The common facilities were always kept clean. There's a cafe and pub downstairs, which is great for meals. However, if you're coming by public transport, it's an uphill walk, so I recommend taking an Uber."

"I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. After checking into this hotel, I was unexpectedly charged NZD 64.41, despite not making any additional purchases or using any extra services. The following day, I called this hotel front desk to question this charge. I was assured that the matter would be investigated and that I would receive a callback shortly. However, I never received any call. The next day, I also sent an email with the relevant booking and payment details, but once again, I have received no response whatsoever. It is now very concerning that both my phone call and my email have been completely ignored. I find this level of customer service unacceptable, especially when it concerns an unexplained charge to a guest’s credit card. I request that you investigate this matter immediately, provide a full explanation for the NZD 64.41 charge, and arrange a refund if the charge was made in error."
