其實也沒什麼大毛病，但是叫酒店不合適，應該叫民宿。前台是基本沒人的，晚上是停水的，水龍頭的把手是斷的，酒店早餐是雞蛋和白米粥。好在房間內的設施倒是和圖片一致，加上離景區很近，爬完山住一晚倒也不錯，緩解疲勞，住的也還算舒適。

服務：前台沒有服務人員，還是打電話才有人過來辦理入住。酒店的早餐非常一般，餐廳工作人員毫無服務意識，態度很差。我們早上八點多退房，一點多回酒店吃飯孩子突然想起手機丟在房間沒拿，於是找到前台服務人員，服務人員説房間已經打掃完了，如果工作人員撿到了肯定會交到前台的，結果打掃衞生的人員撿到手機收起來了，説還沒來得及交到前台。實在無法理解，四個多小時都沒時間上交。
這樣的酒店再也不會住了

房間裝修還可以，但是隔音效果很差，樓道的腳步聲，窗外汽車喇叭聲響，一晚上都沒睡好；老闆娘説你們要想晚點退房就要爬山回來到她家吃中飯；氣的馬上退房，用不錄用

酒店房間有蟑螂，價格貴，性價比不高，酒店合作推薦的吃飯的地方食材不新鮮，價格貴。魚鱗壩就是個坑，無人打理，臟亂差。

晚上吃飯牙縫裡卡了魚刺，酒店的工作人員姐姐非常耐心細緻地幫助解決問題，親自冒雨開車送我到街上的診所尋找醫生，最終順利將魚刺夾出，感恩！另外有一位老奶奶住客頭疼得厲害，也是姐姐回家幫客人拿葯，有效地緩解了疼痛。非常有温暖愛心的一家酒店！
