The facilities were noticeably outdated. There were cockroach wings on the floor when we checked in; while we understood the local conditions and weren't too bothered, it still detracted from the overall experience. On the positive side, the food ingredients and tasted quite good.

The food was thoughtfully prepared. The outdoor hot spring experience was great. The starry sky at night was beautiful; I looked for constellations with my friends. It was a wonderful experience! Soaking in the hot spring in your room would also be fantastic!

It seems like the hotel was initially built with a luxurious feel, but the facilities were poorly maintained. Don't expect much from the hotel's meals. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which was nice.

The hotel has a retro feel, styled like it was 30 years ago. The dinner ingredients were poor and the taste was bad. The only redeeming features were the hot spring and the relatively spacious rooms.

We chose a four-person room, which included tea and snacks, dinner, breakfast the next day, and access to the public bath. The entrance to the hotel is quite narrow; we almost missed it. There are roadside parking spaces. The entrance area is a bit uneven, making it difficult to pull luggage. The staff were friendly and helped us to our room. The room was very spacious, with an indoor bath and a bath on the terrace. However, even with the heating on, the air conditioning was blowing cold air, and the emergency light flickered all night. The design is Japanese-style, so there are small stairs in the layout. On the day of our arrival, the mountain wind was strong and blew continuously throughout the night. It's possible to arrange a crib and baby bathtub in advance. Dinner was quite plentiful and varied, but breakfast was rather meager, without even sausages. The total price for a weekend during the December hot spring season is around HKD 1880.

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from the main street. The environment is quiet and comfortable, with the occasional sounds of people playing in the pool downstairs, perfect for those of us who prefer peace and quiet. The food has a distinctly ********* southern home-style flavor, which some might find a bit monotonous. The staff at the front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, and other departments were all incredibly friendly, greeting and chatting with us like family and friends. What was especially thoughtful was that when a family member had a fever and stomachache during our stay, the staff inquired about their symptoms, provided emergency medication, and even cooked a suitable meal to be delivered to their room – truly caring for them like family! This is a place I would definitely return to, and the hospitality of the hotel makes me want to choose it again.

Our whole family stayed here, and the two meals included in the night package were excellent! 👍🏼 Our family prefers vegetarian food, which we mentioned in advance, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Our family also praised the staff's excellent and friendly service, making our experience very pleasant. Thank you! The outdoor public pool was also a lot of fun for our family, and the water in the room's pool was very smooth. However, some of the equipment seemed a bit old and could be better maintained. Basically, from check-in to check-out, our whole family was very satisfied. ♨️ We would definitely come back again and look forward to our next hot spring trip.
