The most convenient thing is: there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. There's a parking lot, a bit of a walk, but it's manageable; there's still parking available when returning from the night market. Sail Rock Beach is nearby, making it easy for kids to play in the water. The downside is: everyone mentions the soundproofing, but it's not a problem once everyone is quiet at bedtime. The only slightly louder noise is from the occasional supercar speeding on the road. Closing the floor-to-ceiling windows significantly reduces the noise.

The location is not far from Kenting Main Street, near Sail Rock. The room facilities are excellent, and the bathroom has a large, very relaxing bathtub. Being near Sail Rock, the room has a sea view; from the balcony, you can see Sail Rock and the entire ocean, as well as the beautiful mountain and sea scenery of Kenting. There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes staying at this hotel feel very reassuring. The small balcony has a table and two chairs, perfect for those who like to buy some snacks, have a few drinks, and listen to the sound of the waves in the evening – a huge plus. The entire Sail Rock community has very distinctive guesthouse architecture. Staying here, away from the hustle and bustle of Kenting Main Street, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. If I come to Kenting again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
