The hygiene is average. There are water stains on the sink faucet and shower switch. The toilet has not been brushed at all. The yellow stains inside are disgusting. There is also dust on the bedside table and bed edge. The pants I wore were stuck to the bedside. The environment is okay, but the location is relatively remote. After all, it's okay in the ancient city. The service attitude is very good. I can't say enough about that. There are snacks and a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the city gate~ The facilities and equipment are average. There is only one plug at the bedside and one plug next to the sink. Our charger is not enough. The definition of the projector in the room is average. There is no toilet paper next to the toilet, which I didn't expect.

Except for the slight deviation, I am very satisfied with the service, environment and price.

Rubbish hotel. The hotel is in the scenic area. The parking lot is about 1000 meters away from the scenic area. There are 13 of us. We also have children and luggage. We found an extra tricycle over there that can only serve one person. The elderly people came to pick us up and walked to the hotel. The air was good at night. It was so buzzing that I couldn't sleep at all. I found a battery car when I sent it to the wrong parking lot. The kids walked to the right parking lot on their own. The worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.

設施：房間超級小，窗外是一面牆的房間很壓抑，因為小所以是投影儀，該有的都有倒是，馬桶漏水 衞生：臟亂差，從來沒見過這麼臟的民宿，進門地上是草莓蒂、洗手池上還有頭髮、椅子下面全是毛髮、洗手間馬桶漏的水、水漬到處都是、空調遙控等桌面上一摸一手灰。最過分是床單表面有灰塵、被套上有不明粘液，沾到了我身上。 環境：位置離南大街不遠，步行十分鐘，但是周圍啥也沒有，好多破敗的民宅。民宿裏面蠻好看的，就是一晚上沒睡好，隔音太差了，晚上隔壁男喊王總、早上他們出門説太冷聽得清清楚楚，這門設計的關門像砸門一樣。 服務：接送服務是古城內，需要到古城門口等電瓶車，時間沒安排明白曬了好久。全場都是那個導遊和司機給我們安利包車和僱導遊，下車了追着喊留手機號，真的很煩人。送的下午茶和水果是放在房間的一個小筐裏一包茶葉和一點水果零食，走的時候送了瓶醋。問馬桶為何漏水，回覆説智能馬桶斷電會漏，漏了不用擦嗎？？？？？而且我們一路走了幾個省份都是智能馬桶，我真的很服。入住的時侯行李還要拎到樓上蠻考驗臂力，唯一好的就是走的時候小姐姐送我們到門口。 國內國外住了這麼多店，這家是最拉垮的，很影響旅遊心情，本來想在古城多住一天的，提前走了。😊

非常滿意的一家民宿，五一節假日沒有溢價很多，價格還是挺合理的。而且工作人員態度都很好，安排停車位置（排隊要自己排）幫忙拿行李，幫忙安排接駁電瓶車，都很不錯。 房間設施也很好，都很新，就是衞生間區域和卧室沒有門，稍微有點……尤其大號時囧。 地理位置，在古城裡，不過不在中心，所以鬧中取靜，非常不錯。整體裝修風格也很平遙，酒店就裡非常出片。 就是節假日的平遙，人實在是太多了……如果還有機會，一定不要假日去，景區體感太差。

設施：全 衞生：凈 環境：靈 服務：好 特色的下午茶&精美果盤就不要特地標示了，一般般的就三根香蕉、幾顆乾裂的小番茄，幾顆醋糕而已。停車場接送服務很好，還送了一小瓶特色醋。 總的來説還是不錯的，推薦！

再次來平遙古城是為了陪家人過來玩，自己也來過一次，這次是帶着家人出來轉轉，也是為了放鬆放鬆心情和出來玩， 還是因為第一次來這家客棧留下了很好的額體驗，這次帶着家人過來玩，也是想在品嚐他家的特色，也是為了和家人一起在院子裏拍拍照片，打打卡，店家的我們也是能感受到的，希望老闆越做越好，生意越來越好。這次入住還是很舒服的。期望客棧一如既往的好。
