Perfect hotel for a visit in Pingyao, in the old center. This 280+ years old hotel is gorgeous. You dive in the old china and enjoy modernity in the same time ! What an experience. Poeple very nice, help you for every task you may need. I recommend for any stay in Pingyao!

If you wish to have a real taste of Pingyao Old Town, then this is the place to stay. A beautifully renovated courtyard dwelling conveniently located in the Old Town will take you back in time. The rooms are comfortable (- and heated in the winter) with classic furniture, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves a hearty breakfast, and a tasty dinner, both with a choice of Chinese and Western fare. Highly recommended.

在平遙古城裡麪，離西大街比較近。典型的平遙古建築。客棧接送服務很周到，我們行李多，從車上到房間都不用操心。餐廳飯菜也不錯，因為到的晚，所以就在餐廳用晚餐了，能吃到符合我們南方人清淡口味的菜很滿意了，早餐小菜也很美味。服務人員很熱情大方，主動幫忙拍照，帶着參觀客棧。總之是住的舒心的客棧。

客棧本身就是一處風景，300多年的歷史建築保存了原貌，房間設施簡約古樸、舒適，非常安靜，服務熱情周到，是我這次山西之行住的最舒服的地方。下次有機會還會選擇。

在平遙沒有可比性，衹有唯一的一得。環境，服務，設施及衞生皆是一流，還有意想不到的美食……可以足不出店盡享山西美食！時隔十多年再訪，依然原汁原味，衹有領略過才不需要贅述言傳。

很贊，適合度假，不適合旅遊。
瘋狂打卡的旅遊，訂客棧的目的就是睡覺，甚至來不及感受到細節的温馨和飽滿。而度假，不僅於此，在古老的院子，適合放鬆看書，聊天喝茶。
200多年的老宅，內部設施當然不如五星現代，但和其他客棧相比，就是五星級。
兩天換一次床上用品，很乾凈，睡得很好。洗漱間是在原房內改造，小，但也夠用。去過晉宅的知道，標準的住宅就是炕加衣櫃，開間不大
服務方面，很細緻，不會張揚的打斷你的優先，回程出發時間早，特地提前準備了早點，贊。
