Staff is very friendly and hotel provides free transportation between train station. Location is not perfect but just 2km to the old city.

還沒去住之前就給你打電話，他要不要去生怕你不住他酒店一樣，酒店太吵了，服務態度很差，愛理不理的，晚上4:00才睡覺隔壁一直有人講話，然後窗户那個風吹得嗚嗚響，這個是自然現象，我不管，但是也很吵。我也是看那個評分高，我才去的沒有想象那麼好。可能是我運氣不好分的那間房間不好吧？我住的房間電視沒法看。這是我住酒店以來最差的一個評論。

酒店是位於平遙城外的新的商務型酒店，房間也很智能，服務態度很好，尤其酒店有償提俱的古城的導遊和車輛。唯一缺陷就是地暖太熱，當時問酒店説不能調整温度，但我離店以後，酒店有説是可以調整温度的。導致入住當天晚上睡眠非常不好。幾次被熱醒。

酒店硬件超出預期，客房挺大的，硬件也不錯。酒店前面有大概十多個車位，後面小院還有停車場，大概20台車左右，前後都有充電樁。
前台有個戴眼鏡的姑娘，很開朗，能給酒店加分的感覺。
酒店南邊大街馬路對面很多吃飯的館子，都不大，但生意貌似也都不錯。
酒店距離古城西南角走路大概半小時，位置相對不近，但如果不怕走，或者能打到車，自然不是問題。

一進門就是一股黴味，好難聞，很久很久都散不去，房間也是好臟，被子底下還有黑色不明黑點，孩子嚇得不敢睡～～服務嘛，基本上沒有，早餐就是很一般的那種，沒有好，也沒有不好，總之，除了地理位置，沒有什麼可以點讚的地方～～
