Not worth it in the slightest. Rooms have a weird smell when first arriving. staff is not helpful or friendly. Cannot close the bathroom door completely because it gets stuck and you will be trapped inside the bathroom.

酒店位置比較好在匹茲堡大學中心，附近有匹大學習大教堂及水手士兵紀念館，酒店比較落後，房間面積小通道小樓層低，衞生間設施落後，房間空調機噪音很大開了的話吵得無法睡覺，酒店服務差：衞生間紙巾用完了打電話給前台，過了很久都沒送來再打電話催促了遲遲才送來，入住第二天上午出去參加畢業典禮，下午4點多回來3台電梯衹開1台，人多等電梯等了很久，回到房間奇葩的發現服務員把免打擾牌子掛在門口把手上，致使房間衞生沒打掃也沒配送浴巾毛巾洗漱用品礦泉水等，致電前台答覆説服務員已經下班衞生搞不了物資可以配送，過一會送來幾條浴巾毛巾洗漱用品沒送，再致電前台又送來幾條毛巾，服務很差，畢業季酒店房價是平時3倍多很不合算，倒是酒店一街之隔價格相差不大的另一個酒店非常好。

房間寬敞明亮舒適整潔。沐浴設施完善，服務貼心禮貌。步行可以到達CMU校區，也可以參觀大學城的博物和公園，可以近距離的體驗CMU周邊的生活環境。

位置好，離校區近，僅有的一個優點了！設施陳舊，房間有味道；兩層窗簾，厚窗簾天生軌道短，拉不上衹是擺設；長住每三天打掃一次房間，除非你特別要求；提前一個月預訂比當時訂價格還高。短住圖個方便還算可以吧。

酒店地理位置不錯，離大學近，早餐服務人員很nice，善於和客人溝通。就是3天一打掃衞生有點難接受。

中規中矩的平價旅館，不是每天鋪床打掃衞生，第二天要新毛巾或衞生洗滌用品可以跟前台要，會及時送到。房間夠大，隔音不好，勝在離匹大近。住宿早餐可享優惠，但是附近星巴克解決就沒買早餐。門口停車位置不夠可以停對面的停車場，酒店會幫你付錢的。總之還是不錯的，沒什麼不方便的情況。
