The room and location is ok. But there was several hiccups during our stay. Firstly, laundry service not available during weekends and the fact that I had to ask at reception about it and had to request there a bag for laundry; they didn't have a printed list of prices per item where you usually mark the number of items you're sending to laundry. Eventually, all worked fine, but if they lost one of my shirts, there was no records about the number of shirts I sent to laundry. The hotel restaurant doesn't offer much options; the day of arrival it was full, I couldn't sit but was offered to have in-room dining service; for simplicity I order a burger and it was only fair, the fries too salty. The in-room service was fast though, I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. That was great. The valet parking service is amateur level. My colleague had a rental car with her. The day of departure, our flight required an early check out; we needed to leave at 6am but the valet parking was not available until 7am and my colleague was not aware of it. The garage closed and nobody to open it until 7am. She was told they sent her a text message informing this; and yes she got it, but among dozens of texts and many of them being spam, she didn't pay attention. Nobody told her personally and nothing was written on the ticket. Nobody could address the problem adequately and we had to leave to airport on uber. She eventually got help from rental car company to coordinate the pick up of the car.

Great location to walk around the city, and to walk to PPG arena. Valet, bell hop and front desk staff were wonderful! Actually, all staff we encountered were very friendly!

Upscale hotel, the staff was exceptional. Very nice and helpful. We came into town for a hockey game and ended up getting stuck in traffic by the the St Patrick’s Day parade, the hotel staff help route us to them getting us around the city and parade route. Check in was pleasant and easy. The lobby, sitting areas, and room was very clean and super cute. Love that the reception desk texts randomly and asks if there’s anything they can do to help our stay. Valet was kind, efficient, and very fast at handling our vehicle.

The staff, the amenities, and the location was amazing. I’m big on convenience and there are plenty of restaurants, parks, and historial spots to visit including the cultural district. I was there to celebrate a myriad of celebrations in one weekend and the staff was kind enough to remember. Check in was easy. Check out was seamless. The only opportunity I saw was picking up linens from the hallway after cleaning rooms. I can see it being a “I forgot” I laid them there situation versus carelessness of the staff. I would LIVE here if I had the option. Amazing amazing amazing hotel. Well worth every penny. And before I go, did I mention wine and beer happy hour and bottomless coffee? Must go!

Very clean. Issue is that it does not have options for breakfast only coffee and the area around it does not have good options.

First time staying just to get away for a little bit. Wife loved the decor and the room we were in. Will definitely stay there in the future
