I'm so satisfied. The price is the lowest on the Internet. The room is large enough, with two double beds, a foldable sofa bed, and a microwave. The facilities are modern and the sockets on the desk lamps are very practical and do not require converters.
The hotel is in a good location, just across the street from the lively Fifth Avenue. The hotel has a free dedicated parking lot.
Breakfast includes Western-style bread and Mexican specialty pancakes, which is sumptuous

Excellent location. Room lovely. Shower head lacked torque. One fellow at front desk sent husband to ice machine on another floor that did not work. Another person at front desk at another time filled ice bucket from behind front desk so it was readily available. Toilet had some issues. Good stay overall

Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to 5th Avenue, where all the pedestrian action is. The beach is a pleasant 10 minute walk, tops. Lovely sunrise viewed on the roof top pool area.

I stayed here two years ago and had a slightly better experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My only issue this time is constantly receiving stained towels and washcloths. Even if they’re clean, just throw them away if they’re stained. I don’t feel comfortable using dingy linens. Other than that, I felt safe, the area is walkable, about a block or two for Quinta Avenida and a few blocks from the beach. Perfect location.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great. The front desk staff were awesome, especially Fernando. Thank you for helping make my stay at your hotel even better. Rooftop pool was great. Breakfast was very good, although it’s the exact same thing everyday. And the breakfast staff were great also. AC in the room was great. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a hotel. The shower and water pressure were great. And you must walk 2 minutes west to eat at El Fogón as it’s delicious and affordable. Don’t be tempted by Jarritos and Cazuelas across the street. Food wasn’t very good and, while I always tip servers, they added a tip to my bill which is not allowed in Mexico. I wish i had gone to el fogón again. And There’s a Mega grocery store nearby too. Oh and you’re just a 3 minute walk from 5th Ave and less than 10 minutes to the beach. Book this place!

Excellent location, close to shopping on 5th Ave, grocery and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is available if needed.
