Pool, housekeeping & maintenance staff all top notch. Front desk not so much. I booked a King room and my confirmation (which I showed them) said balcony and view. They said that I was booked in a standard King & bkz I booked third party it wasn’t their problem & I would have to straighten it out with Trip.com….wrong answer…Our room was the size of a walk in closet..it reeked of mildew and the bathroom was so small my 6’ husband had to sit sideways on the T-seat….Entry Door didn’t seal closed so flies came in.
I looked at the hotel’s own website and even what they advertise as a “standard king” isn’t anything like the room itself. So just be aware that the rooms you see pictures are not the rooms you get AT ALL. Disappointing they wouldn’t make it right.

Hotel has nice amenities but upkeep should be kept up during off season. Stayed off season with hotel quite empty and a room change was requested but staff couldn’t honor the request because we booked through *******??
Was told that a text would be sent when our room was ready, never received the text
Hot looked inviting until there was a ci floating in it

Our stay was interrupted by the tropical storm, however the room itself was very nice. We had plenty of coffee and cups, shampoo, lotion and conditioner. We did find ants upon arrival but didn’t see them again after an hour. The front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Check in with Simona at the desk was very quick and easy. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Sam was our waitress, she was perfect.

Staff were very helpful! Maintenance was awesome! We had an issue with the tv and maintenance came and fixed us right up! Close to restaurant’s and only two blocks to the boardwalk. Our room is oceanfront and clean and comfortable.

Location next to beach was best feature. TV not working and management and maintenance could not resolve. As a result, left early in morning disappointed.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to going out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The pool staff, especially Dorothy could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Her pleasantness truly made our stay better

Everything was great. Only disappointment was I paid fees and taxes through ******* but was charged taxes again at hotel.
