Fabulous Hotel!! I went with 8 tennis fellows and we had a blast. I think we were lucky in that the kids new we were coming and had left, but if I had kids up to the age of 10 I would come here. We went all inclusive and I am not normally a fan, but the food quality and variety was exceptional. Shame we went out too many times and paid for overpriced food in the local restaurants as some of it wasn't as good as this hotel's. The reception staff were amazing! Shout out to Carlos, Vanessa and Stef who are credit to the Hotel!

Good - limitless self-serve buffet meals, generally excellent quality food of great variety (plenty of choice for vegans / vegetarians), bikes allowed in bedrooms, excellent location (supermarket 2 mins' walk, beach 5 mins), friendly and helpful staff, very clean inside and out, excellent beds, we were glad we'd paid extra for a seaview room (great views of bay). Not good - outside pool cold, outside pool seating area had continuous annoying-to-us thumping music all the time that pool was open (this was unpleasant for my wife who couldn't cycle due to injury), other than bedrooms there was nowhere quiet to sit in the evening with friends and talk (loud music again) and there was nowhere to sit if you didn't want to listen to the (loud) after-supper entertainer. We'd certainly come again for cycling.

Thank you for a great weekend! I traveled alone & arrived late, however was welcomed, looked after and informed about access to water etc. Throughout the weekend all the staff I spoke with were great, good English, informative & happy. The breakfast & dinner were very good quality & variety. I attended the AA Convention & it was all well organised & I spoke with non AA guests throughout the weekend which was great as I didn’t feel alone at all. See you again

Great weather made an enjoyable stay even better. Despite being a large and busy hotel the staff were really friendly and found the time to help. Facilities, room and food were good value for money. The hotel is spacious and there was room for cyclists, people attending a convention and plenty of holidaymakers. This was my third stay, and i'll definitely be back. A.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, perfect in every way. I paid extra for a sea view room which was lovely, and worth the extra money. Our room was not one which has been updated but it still looks good, and of a good, clean standard. The view from the window to the mountains is equally impressive. The hotel is situated at one end of Pollensa, a two minute walk from the beach with Spar shops very close by. The gardens, like the hotel are well maintained, and everywhere immaculate and spotlessly clean. There are 3 lifts which were always in constant use including cyclists loading bikes into them, and when one didn't work an engineer was soon there fixing it. Food is presented well, the kitchen spotless and all diets catered for, although the tea bags are not great (please invest in some decent tea bags such as Yorkshire tea!) Entertainment was a hoot with Roberto and his assistant who both kept the kids entertained with all sorts of activities from archery to yoga - all good fun. Evenings had guest singers, the Olly Murs tribute was again, superb! Extra thanks to Vanessa and Jaime on reception, and Elena - one of the management team - who looked after us marvellously we had an issue. The staff are all lovely, helpful and swift to whisk plates away at meal times. The pool is huge but not heated so was freezing but I suspect in summer would be lovely to take a dip in. Room keys are a little plastic tag attahed to your wrist band, which is a fantastic idea, and meant I didn't lose a key! As someone who suffers ADHD and can never remember where my key is this was a massive bonus!! When we stayed, the hotel was full of cyclists and mostly men of a certain age. When the lift engineer was there and none working we took the stairs. I have mid teenage children but was bowled out the way by inpatient lycra clad cyclists trying to get down stairs faster. They also nearly knocked a little girl flying trying to negotiate the stairs in front of us. They were not mindful of their language in front of young children, sentences peppered with profanities, clearly not bothered by their young audiences. It would be good for hotel staff to remind cycling guests about this being a family hotel when booking in and we don't all want to listen to them swearing! Things I found a challenge - the safe was a bit dodgy and unreliable but was reported to the hotel. When you arrive you get handed a card either a QR code on which tells you everything you need to know, which is OK if you can get it to work! I couldn't so spent the week not knowing half I should have. In my ideal world a paper print out would be useful for us dinosaurs. If Jet2 continue to use this wonderful hotel in a fantastic setting we will be back like a shot. From the other pick ups/drop offs we did, we know we were definitely in the best hotel! Thanks to all the dtaff there who made our holiday so amazing!! We hope to be back 🤞

Had a lovely time at Pollensa Park Hotel. No complaints about anything, except the view from my room 213 - which was over the restaurant/kitchens. I had asked for sun at some part of the day but there was none. Apart from that it was brilliant. Nice choice of food, although I don't like cheese and there was a lot of cheesy things but I managed to find something every meal. The hotel and grounds are set out very well. Lovely grassed areas which are in quiet spots. Everywhere was immaculately clean, the staff were lovely - mostly - (bit of a grumpy waitress) The entertainment was as expected, tribute acts which were ok. The beautiful beach was just minutes away. A Spar shop just outside the hotel. The highlight of my stay is the lovely pine walk and the stunning sunrise - the sun sets behind the mountains. A trip to the Caves of Drach is a must, reception will book it for you, €57. Pollensa old town is lovely. The room safe is €23.50 per week. You do have to pay the local tax as soon as you arrive, think that was around €23. Can't comment on alcoholic drinks as I don't drink. Didn't get round to using the spa. I will definitely be back again - next year all being well.

Just got back from a solo 4 day cycling holiday here, 2nd time in Mallorca and this is definitely my favourite location to stay, hotel very clean, quiet and the food half board was really good too. I was out for about 5-6 hours cycling every day, but everything was cleaned when I get back in my room. I actually messed my booking flight dates up and should have been here the week before for the hotel, I only realised the day they were expecting me, but the hotel said it was no problem and me arriving a week later was ok. Adam at Mallorca Cycling on the lower floor of the building helped as well, mechanic, bike hire and cycling tours are all easily organised. I loved the hotel that much, I'm definitely coming back to stay here as couldn't fault anything, probably bring the wife and 6 year old son as well in the Summer time and get a few early rides in. Looked to have a good set up for kids around the pools for when it's warmer and more in season. Great to see lots of other cyclists there too, you don't feel so strange walking through the hotel with your bike or in your cycling gear.

We originally booked for 3 nights but extended our stay to 7 nights because we enjoyed our holiday so much. The hotel staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Roberto (Entertainment) who even took us to Cap de Formentor on his day off! which was so kind, Maria (Restaurant) who was always friendly and informative, Jaune (Bar) who was the nicest barman we’ve ever met and Elena (Hotel Deputy Manager) who we enjoyed great conversations with. The food is great with so much choice on the buffet - there’s something for everyone (and I’m really picky). The rooms were clean and comfortable with super views (8th floor). The pool area is large with lots of loungers. We look forward to returning in the Autumn.

We have been here several times in the past, good base for cycling. In the process of refurbishing, should have stayed closed until finished. Paid for superior room upgrade but waste of money , no where to put clothes. Shower leaking , reported, No English tv until last day. Small table also arrived but still no drawers for clothes, loads of cardboard boxes around with furniture waiting to be put into rooms. Pool unheated and freezing , lots of food but all fairly bland
