Residence Inn Savannah Airport

The staff at this hotel were so nice! We did have an issue with getting charged twice but the staff corrected it and gave me a call to assure me that the amount would be refunded. Honestly i would stay again. It was clean and welcoming!

Clean hotel , great location. All staff were friendly. Good breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was awful. Went down to eat at 8:50 and there was no food to be had. I spoke to the person in charge and she said “people serve themselves a lot of bacon, etc and don’t think about other people”. Had to wait 25 minutes to replenish food. Decaf coffee totally cold. No milk. Awful

When booking we requested no room service for privacy. On the 3rd day we left for about 30 minutes and when we returned the room had be entered and cleaned, we feel our privacy had been violated and checked out immediately with 2 days left When I confronted the front desk, was told even though I had requested no service through ******* it did not transfer that information to them ******* should not ask this question during booking if that information is not relayed to the motel

Breakfast is not well prepared, short of food and short of utensils.

Pleasant stay. No issues. That’s saying something these days: Coffee at breakfast buffet could use an upgrade😜

The staff were very helpful, however, the room was dismal decor, dull gray and the air con was very loud, and access to the reception had no signage and we had difficulty finding the entrance. On the positive side, the GM was very caring and understood our complaints and gave us a discount, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of items.

The is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Really nice room with plenty of space. Will definitely stay here again.

NICE! I enjoyed my stay and the room was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was just enough in the AM.
