Hotel was so nice and the staff was friendly. We were in town for one night and will be staying again when we come in to see family.

It's a new facility so everything was great. Super friendly staff, pool and spa were great, breakfast was great and room was large and comfortable. Lots of restaurants nearby and we enjoyed the special ops museum and Poe house downtown

Staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful, cheerful. The hotel beds are so firm they were uncomfortable. And the shower heads chosen for this brand new hotel were a major disappoin**ent. Such low water pressure it led to extra long showers just trying to rinse shampoo out of hair.

Everything was neat and clean. Staff was s professional, pleasant and helpful.

Nice and new hotel. Everything looks great from the inside and out. However someone vomitted in the parking lot next to the pool area and well no one cleaned it, gross right. Also the elevator broke while we were there, bathroom lock broken in my room, hair in the shower when we got there, vent covered in dust, bathroom fan was intermittent, could only use one shower door the other was stuck shut, and apparently the staff says the city was it is working on pipes in the area so our last night smelled like one big fart in my room all night. Oops almost forgot night 1 it all started when my wife got out of the shower walked out barefoot stepping on something that was on the carpet and not thinking it could be nothing more than dirt she wipes the bottom of her foot off and then goes to wash her hands and what did she get a woof of, yup you nailed it smelled like poo!!! OMG gross so after some investigation I located a small pebble of poo placed in in a napkin for the front desk. Obviously to no surprise they did not want it either. So ultimately as far as it goes here. I hope they get better. Service related though TY was helpful and very Courteous.

We loved the kitchen and full size refrigerator. Very new property. Comfortable bed. Would stay again

This was a really nice hotel. I would recommend it to my family and friends to stay here.

Overall, a good place to stay. My only negatives was the numerous ppl visiting the ice machine outside my room and not sure what was going on in or around the lobby, but my gosh, was there a drunken hoard of women there. The loud laughing, talking add the odd screech here and there. Had to sleep with the tv on to actually drown the noise outside. Lower level was convenient, but not for me!
