The location is in the center of Gqeberha, PE, Port Elizabeth City. The location and transportation are relatively convenient. The self-service is also good. It is very comfortable on a sunny day. The room size is small and the price is high.

a three-star hotel with no room service and you must order breakfast I was not impressed. If you need a iron and iron board, you must go to the reception and asked for something that is basic need in a hotel.

The room was beautiful it definitely gets 5 stars. Becuase it is a place where we stay for business purposes there was no room to sit and work in the business centre area is open and talking via online meetings might disturb others. We asked if we could use the conference room but it was off limits even though we were prepared to pay. Also the breakfast was not served hot it was almost cold and on my 2nd morning the order was wrong but I just ate what they gave me.

"Boutique "creates certain expectations, which were not met at this hotel. no air conditioning is a problem fan was noisy and ineffective. hotel fixtures and fittings too basic. the exterior elevation of the hotel is promising, the interiors require upgrading. The breakfast room is dismal, plastic covering on the fabric. with a small amount of money spent, this hotel could be great,

The room was stuffy. The cerpet was not clean. The one white towels were a shade of grey. There were no plugs by the bed. They had a dvd player in the room, the tv was not a smart tv with only 7 channels to watch from.
