My wife walks with two canes so I requested a room that was conveniently located near to parking to minimize the need for her to walk far. Thus it was an initial shock that we were located on the top floor, not the main floor, which required her to walk to nearly the farthest room in the place in order to reach the elevator to go from the entry level floor to our room. Of course to go to the lobby area for breakfast, and back again to the room before leaving for the day, the whole procedure had to be repeated. This bad initial impression was offset by the better-than-expected breakfast provided and the hot tub in the pool area. So all-in-all I was reasonably satisfied with our stay and would stay there again were I in town again and needed a motel.
