Last summer we travelled all over Ireland. One of our best experiences was staying at Brae Mar B & B. Our hosts were so accommodating, the food was excellent, and the location was outstanding, just a comfortable 10 minute walk to downtown, the train station, and the bus stop. Portrush was a spectacular destination, only a few minutes drive to the Giants Causeway and Bushmill Distillery. We can’t wait to go back and stay again at Brae Mar.

The reception staff are great really professional and I would like to say thank you to Shannon especially ,nothing was too much trouble The Libary bar is nice and friendly with a good choice of spirits as are all the bars attached to the hotel The restaurant staff are quick to serve you and are very welcoming food available all day also a chip shop and pizza take away on site in the evening good quality food. Live music is on most weeks The hotel has been refurbished recently not that it needed it but is classic modern looking rooms are nice big windows great views ideally situated if you love golf or want to tour the amazing coast.. On site parking walking distance to the town or beach , will be going again next year in my opinion a great hotel with great staff Darran Partridge Peterborough UK

Arrived early and thankfully our room was ready to check in an hour earlier than advertised. Lovely front desk staff, easy check in. Made our way to the room (3rd floor), working lift, easy to find room. All you’d need for a nights stay, Kingside bed, clean Bathroom and bedroom. We’d paid for a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Some items could be do with updating, however as long as the room is clean I can see past dated furniture. We’d paid for breakfast, again pleased with service. Food was lovely, good selection and helpful staff.

My parents, myself and our furry friend (dog) stayed here lastnight and we couldn’t recommend highly enough. The room was spotless, beautiful decor and met all our needs. Michael the owner was very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was beautiful and the whole experience was very relaxing from start to finish. Thank you for having us, we had a great stay In the heart of portrush.
