Cinema Hostel

I booked a room for my mother. The entire booking and check-in process was problem-free, but the service during the stay left much to be desired. During my two-day stay, there was no electricity in the room for half of that time, and it should be noted that EVERYTHING, including getting into it, was powered by electricity. From the morning, it was impossible to reach the service, and finally when I managed to contact the service, the only information was that the problem had been reported. The service did not apologize for this inconvenience or offer any solution in connection with the fact that even entering the building was difficult without electricity. I am sincerely disappointed, because I booked the room in this place based on the good service and the level of the place, so that my mother, a pensioner, could have the most enjoyable stay.

After a one-day stay with a friend, the hotel deducted PLN 600 from my account without any notice or conversation. After the fact, I received a message that the glass panel (lacobel) on the induction hob was damaged. The damage was not caused by us, we arrived in the evening for one night and did not use the kitchen. When contacting the reception, the lady did not want to solve the situation and we did not contact the person responsible for collecting the funds or the owners, arguing that "the owner will probably not be willing to talk to us". The amount was charged without providing evidence or cost estimates. We received a photo of a broken window that may have been there from previous customers.
