Fantastic location for the Old town and Charles bridge. Staff friendly, rooms spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. nice lounge to enjoy a hot drink before going to room. They also store luggage if you arrive early so you can make the most of your day

Room is well decorated. Services at the front desk is not upto it’s 5-star rating. It took me over 20 minutes to get checked in. When I checked out, I was asked to pay for my pre-paid room?! Please be careful when you check out and avoid being double charged. Honestly, the senior staff at the front desk was very helpful. The location is fairly convenient. It is just a 8 minutes walk from metro station where you can get to the airport within 40 minutes for KC 32! Cheap! There is a good restaurant next door and a convenient store around the corner. Gym is small. The treadmill was not functioning right. Not enough dumbbells. But, they provide free bottled water and towels. I would say it is OK. Overall, the hotel is not a bad choice. Not fancy, but good enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is very old world. I liked the charm of the antique furnishings. The bathroom was modern with marble throughout. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could not eat all of the offerings, but tried my best. The location of the hotel was central for everything and we walked to all the attractions.

Lovely clean hostel in a great location as within a few minutes walk of metro station and ten minutes away from Prague main train station. Old Town can be reached within a ten minute walk or via numerous transport options by the hostel. Area appeared safe with numerous fast food restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern and private.

We stayed four nights. I really liked the location of the hotel as a tourist. It is within .5 mile of the famous Dancing House. Transit is right at your door, a nice 15 minute walk to Old Town Astrological Clock. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars close by (many across the street). The hotel was very clean and Czech decorated in an older beautiful building with tall ceilings and tile floor. We had a “VIP” room and it was a queen bed with a large bath and entry area with much closet and storage space~ loved that, it lets you spread out! We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a surprise! Staff were helpful, kind, and maid service was wonderful. A good value for the $. They include a typical Czech breakfast buffet which was ok. We had a room facing the inner courtyard and it was quiet. My only complaint is about the pillows…. Too flat and hard. Otherwise, a fine hotel. I often felt I was staying in a palace!

This is my sister's trip and stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. The best thing about this hotel is its location. Getting to and from Prague hotels is very convenient. Most of them are bumpy stone roads, so walking is very uncomfortable. There was a lot of temperature difference between the morning and the afternoon of our trip. I had to do something in the middle of the hotel to change clothes or change shoes. It’s great, I don’t have to bring my luggage when I go shopping or buy gifts. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel for a while. The price is so low that it is impossible to expect special treatment or service. The staff is friendly, the facilities are old but clean. If you need slippers at the hotel, please bring them with you. I ate pizza in a restaurant on the second floor and it was delicious. Whenever I want to drink a simple beer, I will visit us. The breakfast was pretty good. I eat every day, and then I get tired of it. This is the same menu. Unless you stay for a long time like us, I think this is a good breakfast. This is a crowded hotel. If you are looking for a safe and value-for-money hotel, we recommend you!

I looked at the picture of the deluxe double at this hotel and thought this would be a lovely place to stay with a view to match. Sometimes the hotel photos does not always match reality. This is not the case. We walked into the room and went wow! The room was exactly as pictured and the view from our room was stunning! Sunsets over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, who could ask for more? In addition, the concierges were extremely helpful. They provided detailed information on how to take transit and where, also optional sites to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and even had optional hot items to choose from. Loved our stay there!!!!

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

It was generally good. It was close to Charles Bridge, and the alley was not too narrow, so taking a taxi was no problem. I was able to stay on the top floor and see the nice night view. In addition, the carpet floor was steamed. The duplex structure is strange, but it didn't feel special. It was great to have capsule coffee and machine. The staff were very friendly and carried the luggage. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Great hotel in a lovely quiet area, 15 minutes to the old town/bridge by tram. Had a room on the 4th floor which was clean and light, beds comfortable and fantastic shower. Check in at reception was easy and they were helpful in giving you all the info you need for your stay. They will also help with any trips or sightseeing. Our room was cleaned every day but if this doesn't happen, just ask at reception. Great continental breakfast with good choice of rolls, cheeses, hams, eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, pastries etc. and plenty of coffee. The public transport system is subsidized by the Czech government so over 65s are free and 60-65s tram/bus tickets are half the price. Their bus/tram system is brilliant and the best way to see Prague so using Google Maps (which is a godsend) you can go to all the sights by tram/bus. I bought 3 day tickets from the yellow machines at the airport and each day you use one, just validate it at the tram/bus stop or on the tram/bus and it stamps it for 24 hours use, just keep your passport with you to confirm your age (we never saw any inspectors). As I'm 60 it cost me 180 Czech krona (£6.50) for 3 days travel. We also used public transport from and to the airport and although it took 50 minutes, it saved us a fortune (taxis can be anything between £30-£40.00). The tram stop is round the corner at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. We could leave our bags at the hotel after we checked out so we went to the lovely park across the road for a couple of hours. If you want a lovely meal and great beer, we found a little gem called the Beer Spot which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a lovely shopping mall about 5 minutes walk Nový Smíchov Shopping Centre, which has all the brands you could want and a Tescos. Would definitely use this hotel for Prague again.
