The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

本來要住佛羅倫薩，發現一個酒店旁邊盡然有比薩斜塔，到佛羅倫薩才明白預訂到比薩市。酒店不錯，比薩旁邊是地中海，咫尺之遙，沒看到，因為沒車，不敢亂走。預訂兩天，怕趕不上飛機，住一天跑路。遠遠看斜塔，最真實。

ไม่มีกาน้ำร้อนและกาแฟ ใกล้หอเอนปิซ่าถ้ามีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการจอดรถถ้าจะจอดในโรงแรม ถ้าจอดรอบๆโรงแรมฟรี ผนังห้องบาง เวลาคนเดิน เสียงกระเป๋าเดินทางยังได้ยิน

重要提示，酒店是沒有到機場的穿梭巴士的！網站上關於有機場巴士這點請務必修正，很容易誤導。酒店到機場大約10分鐘。這個並不是因為距離近，而是因為城市實在太小。價格是15-20歐元/單程。酒店設施還行，游泳池很好。

沒住過這麼爛的五星級，環境堪憂，屋子裡都是小蟲子
空調很吵，定的標間想要風景好的房間結果説已經分好了，進去一看是停車場旁最吵的。
廁所非常臟，設施老舊
房間裏的電話也撥打不了，這裏打車也非常困難
我不知道為什麼我先讓前台打車，後面的人車卻先到，很難不懷疑有種族歧視
