The location is excellent and the historic building is beautiful and well kept. The hotel furnishings are somewhat worn and not so well maintained (broken nightstands and the power plugs all go off when you turn off the light switch). The jacuzzi tub motor didn't work and the water doesn't get hot enough to really use a tub anyways, and the rusty jets are not very inviting.

A comida não é má. Mas peca pela falta de higiene e principalmente pela falta de simpatia do staff. Não nos sentimos bem-vindos e ficamos com a sensação de julgamento. Tem sido recorrente quando se trata de atender portugueses. Qualidade-preço abaixo da média, a comida é boa mas o preço é um abuso.

El sitio bonito y muy bien ubicado. Las almohadas y colchón dejan bastante que desear. El desayuno nada bien. Opción de tostada o croissant, zumo de naranja y café. Te lo sirven sin opción a poder tomar un segundo croissant.

Buena ubicación para pasear por el pueblo. Se puede acceder con el coche pero hay que aparcar más abajo en las zonas permitidas. La habitación es amplia con buenas vistas, además, muy limpia. Las dos recepcionistas con las que hemos coincidido han sido muy amables y simpáticas.

Solo pasamos una noche
Situación buenísima, al lado del castillo e iglesias, con vistas al río
Puedes ver puebla andando en un ratin
Cama cómoda, habitación confortable, con baño amplio y con muchos detalles, incluso en el mini bar te dejan unos refrescos de cortesía y agua
La chica de recepción muy amable y la camarera que nos atendió también muy servicial, además nos aviso que en la plaza no podíamos aparcar porque te expones a que te multen
Ya habíamos estado en Puebla de Sanabria antes y como siempre un placer
Y visitar la reserva del lobo también

La ubicación es buena, con estacionamiento en frente. Bonito edificio y cómoda habitación. ¡Sirven el desayuno más flojo que he visto en mi vida! Podría informarles que no tenían este servicio y que iríamos a uno de los cafés del pueblo. El comportamiento del empleado merecía una calificación negativa, ¡pero TripAdvisor no tiene esa opción!
