Staff were all so sweet especially the hostess and servers in the buffet restaurant. Also very comfortable beds l, and the maid service was fantastic and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this location and we will definitely be back.

Pros:
- Good location
- Huge rooms
- Close to Malecon
Cons:
- Too crowded
- Noisy
- Only real option for lunch is their buffet place
- Pool is not clean
- Time share
- Staff could be a little more friendly
- Buffet is too busy/crowded
We had paid via Trip.com for the room with breakfast buffets included. The check-in staff said the payment has not been done and we still had to pay for the room and buffet separately. After 2 hours of confusion and waiting with a 1 year old, it was finally resolved. The staff did not feel sorry or apologize at all for their mistake.

The Sheraton Buganvilia was an amazing hotel. The room was spacious, and very comfortable with a large Balcony over looking the gardens and Pacific Ocean beyond. The Dining options are all spectacular with great service and wonderful food options.

We enjoyed our stay here, would definitely come back! Lots of activity by the pool and very walkable into town (3/4 mile) for the shops and restaurants.

The property is lovely. However my room with nice big patio was above the lobby batr and it does not shut down at 11 pm. It was very loud and noiisy until after 1 a.m. Right after checking in after a long yravel daytwo women stopped us as were going to the elevator. They wete selling something and when I strongly said I was not interested she continued to complain to my travel partner that we should be nicer. Not impressed..

Dishonest Staff- we had a Large amount of Cash 10G’s Stolen out of our room in a backpack. Before anyone comments on Room safes, they are as easy to break into as a pack back. I believe the Mini Fridge stocker did it . We noticed the zipper left open which we never do.
Otherwise it was a good spot. We made a “report” but , nothing will happen , & the Sheraton did nothing for compensation.
